"I wanted to try this place because my coworker told me the food was good. I had ordered a pork fried rice and was very excited to try this new restaurant. I picked up the food and went back to work only to find out there was a hair sticking out from the fried rice. I call them to let them know and the first thing they do is deny that it is from the employees and all of them wear hats. I told them the hair is mixed with the rice and it is untouched and I can bring it so you guys can see. I took it back and a lady apologized and said this happens to every restaurant like it is very normal for restaurants to have hair on their food. They asked me if I want another and I refused because why would I? The lady offered me spring rolls, but I just wanted my money back. A guy take some cash out of the drawer and hands it to me but it’s less than what was charged from my card, because I had TIPPED them. I show my bank statement and they finally give my full money back."

"Wow! Talk about blown away!! 1st time ordering from them and can’t say enough about how wonderful the food was. But to top it off, over an hour after picking up the food I get a call from the restaurant saying that the kitchen is afraid they may have forgotten something in our order. I assured them they had not and how happy we had been with everything! They were very gracious and the fact that they reached out to me to check on me because they feared they had made a mistake is 100% amazing customer service and they have surely earned my family’s future business!!"
