"I was a bit confused about the hours of operation. I placed my order at 6:40 and was told it would be ready for pickup in 20 to 30 minutes. When I arrived to pick it up at 7:05, the door was locked. Employees inside informed me that I couldn't enter while there were still tables occupied. According to the website, they were supposed to close at 7:30. I ended up using the drive-thru instead. Unfortunately, rather than receiving a warm greeting, the employee was on her cellphone, engaged in a five-minute conversation with the window open before she acknowledged me. To make matters worse, my food wasn't ready for another 20 minutes, and when it finally arrived, it was incorrect. Overall, I encountered poor customer service and was disappointed with my experience."
