"While I understand that there are fewer servers than before, the service this time was not as good as it was last month and certainly not like what it used to be before the pandemic. The person who served our water was excellent, and some of the other staff members were quite helpful, but overall it felt lacking. One major issue arose when I called ahead to inquire about the pricing. The person I spoke with assured me that the prices were the same. However, when I received the bill, I was shocked to find that the senior price had increased by $8, and the adult prices had gone up by $7 each. I get that many restaurants are raising prices due to economic challenges, but it was frustrating to be told that the prices were unchanged when they clearly were not. This resulted in an unexpected extra charge of $29, which I hadn’t anticipated. When I finally managed to ask the waiter about the discrepancy, he explained that the prices were different because more food had been added. The only addition I noticed was the hot chocolate, which, I must admit, was quite delicious. I believe the staff member answering the phone should provide clear and accurate information regarding pricing, and I felt misled by the waiter as well. At this point, I’m not sure I will return. Also, I’m curious about the change to "Mexican Grill." The manager, who has been there for years, is always pleasant and accommodating, but I can't shake off the feeling of disappointment from this experience. Joanne Terry"

"I had a wonderful experience at Los Tios Grill in Arlington. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. But what really stood out to me was the fantastic service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us frequently. They also gave us some great recommendations on what to order and what to avoid. I felt like they really cared about us and our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Tex-Mex-Salvadorean restaurant in the DC area. Los Tios Grill is a gem!"

"Ok this is a cool little place with a nice vibe to it. Food was avg Mexican affair but good service and great prices. Frozen Margarita was very good and plenty of alcohol. I would of given 4stars but because it's has great prices I gave it a 5 star. Definitely worth coming here if your in a Mexican food kind of mood and don't want to spend lots of on it."

"This was my first time ordering the Pollo Asado, and it was exceptional. I think I’ll alternate between this and the taco salad in the future. The only thing I would change is to have a larger portion of rice and beans. The Pork Taco, on the other hand, was dry and a bit too spicy for my liking. Overall, La Fiesta continues to draw me back."

"We've gone twice so far, we'll call it lupper Service was good, staff lovely. The food was not only very good, but seemed healthier than many similar restaurants. I'm an Asian food fanatic, I appreciate great food. We tried appetizers, salad, dinners and this time, a Bento box. Good portions, process and flavor. Their sauces are unique and very good. There's also comfort food for those who are not adventurous, also delicious. Their fried rice is especially delicious. I have a few food allergies, they were accommodating and got my orders correctly. I recommend Momiji."

"We've eaten here many times. The food used to be excellent and good pricing. I think the prices are getting pretty out of hand for what you get, I'm not sure we'll be back. 3 plates of noodles, a California roll and 3 sodas was almost $70."

"First time here! Great service. The food was hot and fresh. The only downfalls were the Crab Rangoon's. They were a bit on the thick and doughy side. Not a fan of how they folded these ones. The only other thing is the receipt states 5 pieces with the sesame balls, but you only get 3 per order! The spicy chicken could be spicier. You get plenty of food with your order. Everything was really good. It is good enough to look forward to coming back when we are through Salem. They will always be a plus in my book since my favorite item is the sesame balls. These ones seem to be made differently than the rest of the ones we have had. They were not overly greasy or doughy! For us they were perfect little balls of goodness! :"

"We opted for the molcajete mixto and the queso birria. Both dishes arrived quickly and were served piping hot. The molcajete was brimming with delicious ingredients, including a satisfying amount of meat and shrimp nestled in the sauce. The grilled cheese slices included were fantastic—crispy, salty, and with a fun squeaky texture. I highly recommend trying the molcajete! As for the queso birria, I usually prefer the version made with goat, but Los Molcajetes uses beef, and it was still delightful. The exterior was nicely crunchy, while the interior was packed with tender meat and gooey cheese. Served alongside a cup of consomme for dipping, it made for a wonderful meal. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and with such a diverse menu, we’re looking forward to returning!"

"My first time going there, the place was packed but the food was good. Second time, the place was almost empty. I ordered eggs benedict. When it came out, I almost told the waitress, I didn't order cheese on top. It looked like yellow cottage cheese I asked the waitress if it was supposed to be hollandaise sauce. She made a disgusted face and said yes and walked away. Not going back there again."

"This was my first time visiting this restaurant. We decided to order pupusas to take home and I discovered this place on Yelp. The exterior and interior of the restaurant are not impressive, but the service is excellent. Everyone was friendly and attentive. We ordered a large quantity of pupusas to go and they were delicious. They were filled generously, unlike other places where you get more dough than filling. The pupusas were soft and not greasy at all, which is always a plus. The restaurant could use some tender loving care, but regardless, the food was tasty. I will definitely be returning to try other items when I am back in the area."

"Once in a while you stumble on something special and unexpected. My daughter and I went to Calabasas to try a sushi restaurant recommended by a friend. There was a two-hour waiting time so we decided to give up and go to Agoura Hills. Here are some sushi restaurants and we tried several. They are quite so-so, with medium sushi, which tends to be a bit cheesy. There was one, but we didn't disturb how it was in a mini-mall next to the shell station and don't look promising. After a recommendation for Sushi Raku from the same friend, we thought we would go. We couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. The sushi was from Nobu Grad! It melted everything in your mouth and was clearly created with love, pride and incredible skills and artistry. It was all delicious! A small, inconceivable restaurant, the staff is very friendly and the sushi fantastic! It's not cheap, but then if you're eating this class sushi, so nicely prepared... They wouldn't expect it to be. We can't wait to go back!"

"The Line Begins Behind Me. Just when you think you figured it all out. . . someone throws you a curve. I thought I understood all about Mexican food. To me it all tastes pretty good. Some Mexican and Tex-Mex restaurants are better than others, and I guess there are few bad ones in North Texas but what fooled me was how great Los Molcajetes really is. I don't know what they do, but from the salsa and tortilla chips they serve at the table, to the entree it is magnificent. They serve two salsas a thin, rustic tomato-based pico de gallo type salsa which has a definite cilantro tang, and a piquant habanero salsa which comes in a smaller plastic cup. A little of this goes a long way. I had the mole enchiladas (see photo). Their version of this popular dish was great! They have about twenty different daily lunch specials. Curiously, I used to think that this restaurant was sort of fancy, but it is very casual with concrete floors, wooden tables and several televisions hanging throughout the main dining area. They also have a full bar. The food came out really fast too. The server remarked that after the lunch crowd the food preparation takes no time at all. What a surprise this was to find such a good restaurant in my neck of the woods. You learn something new everyday!"
