"I wouldn’t waste your time with this out of the way steakhouse. Our dining experience was dreadful from beginning to end. Once seated, we waited approximately minutes to be greeted and have our drink order taken, to find out the restaurant was out of all but three cuts of steak from a total of about a dozen. It took the server who turned out to be a manager another mins to complete our drink order, which included a beer, a martini and two sodas and the restaurant was only about full. When our meal finally arrived after about an hour and a half, each of our five meals had problems. We made mention that he didn’t write any of it down, and he said “he does it for a living”. Well, he should have written it down. Two meals were mixed up, between the steak and sides, so we swapped them at the table, and two steaks were dry and tough. Our daughter ordered onion rings as a side, and she got fries that were also cold. Our son had requested a Gluten free bun for his burger, and it came came with a wheat bun. By the time his proper burger arrived, the rest of us had finished our meal. He also ordered a side of guacamole, which never arrived. When we discussed the problems with the manager, he made excuses for the errors, stating that it had been an overly busy day, and stated several times, “it’s been one of those days”. Not once did he apologize. To his credit, he took off the bill, but given the degree of errors and poor service, we believe the entire meal should have been taken care of. It made us feel a bit ill to have paid for this experience. Again, don’t waste your time with this restaurant"
