"Authentic Southern BBQ is a rarity in Arizona, but if this restaurant were to open here, it would undoubtedly outshine all the other BBQ joints. Even the big fast food chains like McDonald's, Burger King, and Arby's wouldn't stand a chance. Personally, if I had the means, I would be the first to launch a Smithfield BBQ in Arizona. The hush puppies are beyond amazing—they're on a whole different level, and it’s tough to put into words just how incredible they are unless you've experienced authentic Southern cuisine firsthand. (Just to clarify, that’s a joke; you should never lay a hand on your parents!) The combination of the food, service, grilled selections, sweet tea, and those hush puppies can really turn a bad day around. I'm excited to share this incredible experience with all of you!"
