"We’ve ordered a few times online from here and it has not gone well. People are nice. The food is good but I told myself if this issue happens one more then then I will be writing a review. And here we are. This is the 3rd time we order online and when we come into pick it up they say sorry we didn’t receive your order? We have confirmation emails, get charged and everything and for some reason they never receive our order . We purposely waited over 45 minutes to pick up our food INCASE this happened again and it did. It’s a waste of our time. IF there seems to be a problem with your online ordering system, they should not be taking orders . Simple as that. The people in there like to say “oh sorry sometimes when we are busy we don’t see it” meanwhile the place is empty no customers and you wanna say we don’t see it? Then don’t send a confirmation email and text that order is ready for a scheduled time"
