"The food is excellent, but there seems to be a consistent issue with communication regarding takeout orders. On several occasions, we've received the wrong items or our food hasn’t been prepared as we requested. It’s very frustrating to get home and discover that our order is incorrect, especially when toppings we paid for are missing from our pizza. This has happened at least four times in the past few months. It seems that more attention needs to be paid to orders. I'm not sure if it's a problem with the waitstaff, but improvements are definitely needed."
