"This was my second time getting food from this restaurant. I work nearby and decided to grab lunch. As soon as I sat down to place my order, I noticed brown spots on the broccoli. I called to inform them about the poor quality and offered to send pictures. After sending the images, the manager, who I think was named Henne or Kain (his name wasn’t very clear), accused me of putting grill sauce on the broccoli. I found this absolutely absurd—who puts grill sauce on broccoli? Plus, how could the sauce get into the stem without covering the outside? I was really disappointed with his customer service. He offered to send me a discount voucher, but I felt that I should either get a full or partial refund, or have my order replaced with fresh food. When I asked why I couldn't receive a refund, he said he doesn't give refunds to those who don’t like their meals. I believe there’s a significant difference between not liking something and being served old, spoiled food."
