"We had reservations for Arrived a little early and were seated by Ordered drinks and our meal by Had our drinks, soup, and salad by Then waited hours and no meal. We overheard other tables mention they were waiting for over hours and no food. Others complained of cold, undercooked, or incorrect food. We told our waitress we needed to leave as we had future plans. Then we were offered, if we can wait more mins, they would have our order to go. I declined because we had already waited long enough. After hearing all the food issues everyone else was having, I wasn't going to pay for undercooked or incorrect meals. And if we couldn't get our meals in hours, how were we getting it in minutes. We paid for our drinks and left. It seemed they were much more interested in their curbside than the people actually in the establishment. We have been there many times. But we will be going elsewhere going forward. The wait time and other issues we overheard are completely unacceptable. We have enjoyed Vincenzos everytime we have gone. Unfortunately, we will not be going back"
