There's a restaurant in Hanover that has a similar policy, and it has seriously impacted their business; many reviews have pointed this out. I enjoy your food, but I don’t agree with being told how much to tip. I would suggest considering paying your employees a fair wage so they aren’t solely dependent on tips. This policy doesn’t seem like a wise choice on your part."
