"I'm so happy that D'Angelos has reopened some of its locations! We took a ride last night and I didn’t realize how close it was to closing time. I went in and asked the girl at the counter if she could make two small cold sandwiches. Even though she was finishing up for the night, she was very friendly and didn’t hesitate to help. She quickly took care of my order. I can't wait to return to this location and also visit the one in Seekonk. Welcome back, D'Angelos!"

"I stopped by after work for a steak and cheese sub, and it was amazing! The sandwich was served hot, and all the flavors blended perfectly. The staff was friendly, and Andrew, the manager who took my order, was very professional and attentive. He clearly knows how to prepare a fantastic steak and cheese sub. The store was well-stocked, and the restrooms were clean. This is definitely one of the best D'Angelo locations I've visited. Consistency, delicious food, and excellent service are essential, and I will definitely be returning!"

"I often place orders from this restaurant for work, but we recently faced a major issue with one of our orders, resulting in a credit being issued to us. When I tried to use that credit today, I ended up spending over an hour on the phone trying to redeem it and calling different locations. One location claimed there was no record of the credit, while another confirmed its existence but said it could only be used at the location that issued it. I shared this information with the original location, but the staff still insisted that no credit was available. When I requested to speak to a manager, the woman on the phone told me that the manager was busy with food preparation and could not take my call. I then asked if someone else could help resolve the issue, but she declined. I truly don't understand how a business can operate like this. The woman I spoke with was unfriendly and rude during all three of my calls, which only added to my frustration."

"WARNING!!! The quality of this place has gone down hill. They no longer use Boars head meats. They no longer use Willow Tree chicken salad. They no longer put Canadian bacon on the hot sandwiches. The lettuce in the salads is down to just iceberg. They have cut back on the quality of what they sell. I went into the shop in Wakefield RI and saw a rather large woman employeebody slam a small woman and knock her to the floor. She was hurt and crying loudly! There was no apology at all. She actuallysaid you shouldn't have gotten in my way. I will never set foot on this place again."

"Have been ordering weekly for years, unfortunately tonight’s poor customer service will end that.Ordered a cheesesteak with provolone. It was delivered with cheese whiz and provolone. Called to ask for a a new sandwich. Was told even though I deselected cheese whiz (which they call cheddar) and selected provolone that it comes standard on that sandwhich I would have had to further specify in the details that I didn’t want cheese whiz . who orders a cheese steak with two cheeses, and why would I want something I deselected.This could have been solved with a simple apology and a new sandwich but I guess they value a $10 mistake more than a $50/week customer. Do better."
