"I've been to this Taco Bell several times over the past few years, and I recently had one of the best experiences with service I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. If you're willing to be a little patient at times, you can always rely on them to deliver outstanding service. The manager here is fantastic and incredibly friendly. I really enjoy this location at 1335 W Kearney. I rate it 5 stars and highly recommend it!"

"I wish I could give it zero stars. After my experience in this Taco Bell I never come back. On 11/29 at 12:39 am I ordered on the Taco Bell Mobile App Nachos Bell grande Combo, Crunchwrap Supreme and a Beef Burrito. I came five minutes after placing my order on the app for drive-through, I waited 15 minutes almost 20 minutes because there was a slow line. When I got to the speaker, I told them I was going to say that I was going through the lady? When are you not, sir? So I'm all confused here. So I move into the window and show them the confirmation number for my order, they still say we have no order for you. I processed to drive so that I wouldn't hold the line behind me, I'm deceptive to the store and told them I had to drive through. They still refused my request for my order and I verified the address of the store and the confirmation number and I gave them my entrance to my phone. They still refused my order request if I lie to them. You said there was nothing they could do, are you serious? After you waited 20 minutes for my dinner and gave you my phone call, can't you do anything about it???? Even the worst thing I was charged for the food I didn't get. So basically this location likes to steal customers money right!? Maybe the manager asks me if I wanted to order from my receipt, but then I would be charged to the switch. Why should I reorder my request if I get to the app that I pay double for an order that I do not receive. This is very disrespectful of the manager who tries to pay me twice for my meal. After this conversation, I went into my hands without order. Ladies and gentlemen don't waste your time here spending your money in this Taco Bell, go to a Chick-fil-A, where once you get your order, they will charge you, don't you have?t get your order will still calculate whether you like it or not."

"This morning I went to my local Taco Bell for my $5 breakfast box. When I got up to the ordering speaker I was greeted with a very friendly voice saying it was a Taco-rific day at Taco Bell. It automatically made me chuckle and I already enjoyed the service I was being given. After hearing that I had a mobile order he got right to work preparing it. When's my order was finally done and he brought it out to me ,he told me to have a Burritoful day and that made me laugh even more! I wasn't able to get his name but it was young man with long brown hair and great customer service! Great food too!"

"I went through the drive thru on a busy Saturday and there was no line at all! My order was very simple- 2 mini chicken quesadilla (extra grilled please). Staff was so quick! It took them less than a minute to hand me my food from when I pulled up to the window. Literal fast food. I?m amazed how tasty my order was. They gave napkins and extra hot sauce and they were kind enough to ask at the window if I wanted any sauce. Thanks for a great lunch! I don?t think my experience could have been any better. They even said a fair well ?have a nice day??"

"Honestly haven’t had any good luck with this location, went and got food tonight and literally what I ordered was the smallest portion and it was just a mess! "I ordered a trio of hard taco supremes without lettuce, while my wife wanted tomatoes and sour cream on hers. I also got an extra supreme taco without lettuce and a combo box special. The first taco my wife received was made correctly, but the other three were just filled with meat and cheese. It was a terrible experience. If you can't do your job properly, perhaps you should consider a different line of work. When customers avoid places like this Taco Bell and the business needs to downsize, it's clear that the issue lies with the service, not the customers."

"We stopped in on our way to Williamsburg and the staff was SO helpful and friendly! The food was fresh, delicious, and quick, and the restaurant was clean and well stocked. It was a breakfast stop, Jaquanna and Tiajah were working. They made our morning! Definitely consider stopping in for a good meal if you are passing through. We will be returning!"

"I went to Taco Bell with low expectations and was slightly disappointed. I ordered a build your own cravings box for my husband and two soft tacos through the app. My husband enjoyed his meal and the passion fruit drink we shared. "This place is a JOKE! I went on a Monday night about 11:35p. It was pitch black outside. No lights, the Taco Bell sign was off the dining lights were off but the other lights were on. I pulled to the order menu he asked for my order so I did, once I got around to pay I asked what time did they close because again, pitch black. He said 1a. So why are y'all appearing as you're closed now. I got my order and then proceeded to leave. It looked like to be the entire staff was outside sitting on the curb and cars smoking and chatting.......‍not going back. "This Taco Bell and other food places at this exit are a joke. Subway, McDonald’s closed early and then this Taco Bell closes there dine-in hours at 10pm. Drive thru at midnight And when your a trucker trucking at night and want something to eat they won’t even open the window or unlock there door. No they just point at the hand written sign taped on drive thru window “for your safety walk up services not allowed” when not one damn vehicle is even in the drive thru. So ya screw all the truckers that are hungry around this place. So ya next time I’m just gunna pull in Taco Bell lot with semi and trailer and park my semi right in drive thru and set my brakes and they better damn serve me food and I’ll eat my food in there drive thru then back my truck and trailer out the way I come in when I’m damn good and ready. Maybe after a few of us truckers that have balls and will do this few times and mess up they’re drive thru services for a while will give them the light bulb thought “hey we should start serving truckers better and let dining in hours go til closing time so truckers won’t bring in there semi and trailer into drive thru to get meals.”"

"Steve is the rudest person I have ever met and he?s suppose to be a manager . Him or his crew acknowledges anyone when they come inside the restaurant. "My boyfriend and I stopped here on a road trip yesterday and needless to say we’re definitely going somewhere else next time. We went inside and ordered on the kiosk and then waited 15 minutes for our food. No big deal but there was no one else inside and the drive thru only had a few cars in it (I wouldn’t consider it to be busy). Finally we received our food. We each got a grilled cheese burrito and they were both burnt to a crisp. I wish I took a picture because they were literally black on each side. My boyfriend didn’t even try to eat his, but I peeled the burnt cheese part off and sufficed it because I was starving. My soft taco was ok, nothing special. My boyfriend also got 3 Doritos locos tacos and couldn’t even eat the third one because the first 2 were basically all sour cream. We didn’t even try our 2 Cinnabon delights because we were scared. The bathrooms were gross, the table we sat at was sticky like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. And I also work in fast food so I’m not one to complain! It just sucks we didn’t even take the GC burrito up to the register to ask for a new one or a refund because I know those Taco Bell workers don’t give a crap lol. Just avoid this one."

"I came here for lunch during the weekday. The food came out hot and the young lady helping was very friendly as well. The store didn't look dirty from the drive thru window and the parking lot was clean as well. I was happy and satisfied with my visit,this is how a lot of fast food places should be when you go. "I eat taco bell on a weekly bases about 3-4days a week) I am from Springfield. Iv been to a lot of locations. But this one was fantastic from the start! And iv never had the nixa stores taco bell... I ordered doordash pickup. And they was fast to respond and prepair. I was nervous becaus the 7layer burrito has been discontinued. So I always order a burrito and then add the other 7 ingredients but I'm used to having to rebuild the burrito becaus the way the stack the layers. It's nasty you only get one ingredient in each bite. So 1st bite rice then it comes to sour cream next bite so on and so forth. But this location I immediately could tell it was stacked differently. There was all 7 ingredients in each bite. It's the best one iv had yet!. Not to mention they was very high spirited over the intercom. Which completely sets the mood for that visit. Normally if you pull up it's a dull voice they dont sound happy to even be at work. But not this location!! I was immediately happy and Because I knew at the window that worker was going to be cheerful and excited to have me as a customer... And they smiled slot. I'm very thankful. My brother passed Christmas Eve and this order made my whole night! I needed a upbeat person. And they was exactly that. You have no idea how much this one burrito helped me mentally with greaving a loved one. May god bless you and all your families"
