"bijan’s is one of the only late evening dining places in the opposite. at the arrival I let the host know that I used open table, but he didn't check me in or confirm, just led me to a table. I asked him to formally check me in, and he said he would, but he continued to sit down others. Someday I asked another host who immediately checked in and said I would get my open table points. he was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was not only delicious, but so big that I took the rest of the house. my related had the chicken potcake (written as tasty, but vaccinated on the chicken,) and the chicken cake (the diligent was burned and had no taste, but the chicken was moist and tasty). we just wanted water so I can't get the drinks. our server was pleasant and efficient."

"The restaurant is essentially a local version of Applebee's with fun sports themes and a regional touch. The management did not seem happy to see us and their unfriendly demeanor was evident. The restaurant is conveniently located near the lake and has a large menu with plenty of seating in the dining room. The bar is well-stocked with typical drinks and has a nice appearance. Our server was friendly and did a great job, especially with a large group like ours. After we finished our meal and paid the bill, we stood near the entrance/exit discussing our next move when the blonde manager asked us to leave, accusing us of smoking weed even though we weren't. It would have been more honest for her to say we didn't fit the aesthetic of their clientele. Overall, the service was good, with a rating of 4 out of 5. The food was average, with a rating of 3 out of 5, and the atmosphere was also average, with a rating of 3 out of 5. Recommended dishes include Thundersticks, sandwiches, specials, Smokehouse Sampler, and fries. There is plenty of parking available, with a free parking lot option."

"Terrible service. Our drinks arrived after we had actually finished our meal. They got our food order wrong. They didn’t get our drink orders right. Never brought us water. I don’t think you could have done anything more wrong and no acknowledgment that the orders were messed up in every aspect. It was almost comical how bad the service was In addition food was mediocre despite my asking server what was good. Crazy bad!!"

"This is a spot that needs a sixth star option, as it truly is about perfect for what I want in a restaurant. Casual appearance, friendly staff from top to bottom, prompt service and super amazing food. The oysters were perfectly shucked and fresh. My wife had a lobster Cobb salad and I had a salmon bowl and both were super well made. We came for lunch and it was busy but not packed on a Thursday. I imagine a long wait on a weekend. "Lisa, the owner and manager, was not truthful with us. We had reserved the party room and paid a $100 deposit, but when the time came, she gave the room to a friend and left us in the main dining area for our business meeting and Christmas party. The place has become a complete disappointment since her involvement. A couple of years ago, our organization brought nearly 1,000 customers there after a fundraiser, but I can assure you that will not happen again. In the future, we will choose to support a restaurant in Knoxville instead; at least they are honest and don’t take deposits under false pretenses."

"If you're planning to use the drive-thru and haven't checked the menu in advance, it might be better to either go inside or skip it altogether. I went through the drive-thru and asked for a few moments to look at the menu, but was told there was a car behind me. When I asked if I couldn’t have just a minute to decide, the staff member suggested I pull forward and take my time. It ended up taking him about 15 to 20 minutes to come and take my order. Unfortunately, the food wasn't worth the poor treatment I received. I won’t be returning."

"Hard to put a finger on what Maiz is. Service is generally really good, food is middling Mexican fare above your run of the mill sit down Mexican chain restaurant but not going to leave you raving about the quality or authenticity. Drinks are ok, too. I guess the best way to describe it is I like going at Happy Hour but I feel like I'm just not getting what I'm paying for outside of Happy Hour. It's OK to good, good HH, so 4 stars instead of 3."

"The burritos here are consistently excellent! The staff is quick, friendly, and polite. The portions are also very generous. I've tried several of their burritos and loved every single one. "I always enjoy making a stop at Santa Fe Grill during road trips. However, during my recent visit to this location, I was disappointed when I went to order my favorite breakfast dream burrito, only to find out that the cook had stopped making breakfast burritos at 12 PM. I found this unusual, as I've been able to order breakfast burritos late into the night at other Santa Fe Grill locations. The cook explained that they stop serving breakfast burritos at this location because she doesn't like the smell of eggs and that the owner allows her to do so. Unfortunately, this experience made me decide not to return, as it seems unfair for a cook's personal preference to affect the menu and customer service."

"Even with reservations we waited minutes to be seated and another before anyone came to our table . The service staff seemed very disorganized. Staff tried to deliver the wrong food to our table and those surrounding us. People next to us leaned over to say that they really liked the food but couldn't ever understand the service. After another long wait where our server kept telling us the kitchen was all backed up our meals were delivered. One was not correct but my husband accepted it because we were afraid it would take too long to get the correct meal. The fish we ordered was excellent perfectly cooked and seasoned. It was all you can eat and we asked for seconds. They only brought seconds to one of us! Again, we decided it was not worth the wait to see IF we might get another plate"

"Also, the lime wedges were pathetic—just two drops of juice don't cut it. When serving limes, you have to consider that some might be unripe. And calling pureed tomatoes "salsa"? That's just misleading. It lacked seasoning and was nothing more than blended tomatoes. I’ve experienced better for less money; if you have to charge more for basics, let me know. Pickled jalapeños are a must-have, yet they weren’t served. Having traveled all the way to Ecuador, I've never encountered a meal without pickled jalapeños, carrots, and onions. I asked for the luna (moon) but it wasn't included, although I don’t think I was charged for it—more of a communication error than anything. It feels like they just don’t care. I’ve made countless trips to Mexico and spent ten years in San Diego and on the road, enjoying excellent Mexican food. Unfortunately, this experience was a letdown. "Once again, Moe's Southwest Grill impresses! They consistently provide excellent customer service, delicious food, and generous portions. I've been a loyal customer for years, and I believe they're far superior to Chipotle. The meals are flavorful and satisfying, all at reasonable prices. Plus, you get freshly made tortilla chips with salsa. However, the tortilla chips would have been even better if they were warm. Unfortunately, the Salsa Verde was quite disappointing and could use some improvement."

"First let me say the food is fresh and tasty the place is very well kept and clean and that's always good as a health code inspector you need to know your surrounding when you're eating out.. The young men who made my tacos was very friendly very nice and patient but unfortunately I was asking for ranch sauce and not the salsa sauce and he must not have heard me and said they were over by the table when I went to the table they were only salsa sauce not the ranch sauce so I went back to the counter and asked for a ranch sauce and the older Indian gentleman said oh you have to pay extra I said okay no problem I will pay then he made a fuss about it and said well I can't give it to you now cuz you already paying I said I don't mind paying for it again apparently he must have felt bad about the situation he slammed they half a cup of French sauce on the counter and said here you go and I think that was very rude I will not be eating at this establishment again because of that type of behavior over some simple wrench cup of sauce that could have just been given to me and I could have paid for it."
