"I got a slice of cheese pizza and my husband go the chicken Parmesan Stromboli. I really liked the pizza, it has flavor, was cheesy, adding the Romano and the red pepper flakes just enhanced it!! I didn’t try the Stromboli but he said it was very good, very fresh, very cheesy and creamy for some reason. Maybe from the mozzarella! Customer service was also amazing, the girl even gave us a free drink !"

"There was a small hiccup, though; we received the wrong beverages. I called and spoke with the general manager, Brad, who was extremely helpful. He offered to send the correct sodas right away, but I let him know that it wasn’t necessary. Brad sincerely apologized for the mix-up and went ahead and refunded our soda purchase. My family truly appreciated his professionalism and efforts to resolve the issue. Despite the beverage mix-up, we will definitely continue to order from Marco's for our pizza nights. Kudos to the East Broad Street (Blacklick) team led by Brad. Your excellent customer service and delicious food are greatly appreciated!"

"This is a 1 star review based only on the result of the boneless wings ordered. DON'T ORDER THE BONELESS WINGS. We ordered two orders of 10 piece boneless wings at like 10 11$ ea. (Buffalo and Sweet Spicy Chili) For each 10 piece, we received was approximately 5 6 of decently sized nuggets and a bunch of small breaded crumbs of chicken. This is inadequate and depressing. (Size comparison: slightly bigger+rounder than nuggets at McD's) The sauces were haphazardly applied on the nuggets and in the picture most of it ended up on the foil. Buy frozen nuggets or a chicken tender sub at Publix and you'll be happier. Everything else was average. Total: ~51$ for 2 larges and 2 orders of sad boneless wings. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Deluxe"

"This store is extremely disorganized. I placed an order on Super Bowl Sunday using the online app, and came when it said it was ready. I ended up waiting for 2hrs to get my pizza, they said if we wrote our names and numbers down on a sheet of paper we would get a refund. Never complained, put my name on the list and still haven't heard back. I tried to call about this today and the gentleman on the phone said I could not talk to the manger because they were too busy. They don't care, they are rude, and are probably understaffed to handle any kind of dinner rush, even on non super bowl nights."

"I called this location 40 minutes before leaving my office and requested that my pizza and cheesy bread be ready in 50 minutes (at 6:15). I arrived 8 minutes early, and when I inquired, they asked for my name and informed me that my order was still in the oven. After waiting for 25 minutes, I approached the staff to check on the status of my order. They then asked over 10 people about it, only to repeat my name and tell me that there was no order for me in their system. It was a complete waste of time after a long day. I ended up leaving and getting subs from the Subway in the same plaza. I will not be returning to this location."

"The customer service is bad. The store is dirty and I don't like dealing with a high school student who thinks they know everything and is very rude and asking for a tip when you come in the store to order a pizza the store is dirty. Don't go in the bathroom. I waited for a response for 20 minutes for waiting for this disgusting pizza after arriving, I asked for a refund and I said why don't you bring the manager out here so I can get my refund while the person went back talk to somebody in the office that refused to come out and talk and I was given a refund but with a smart comment at the end no thank you I wouldn't recommend this pizza to my worst friend and I had to give you a star to finish this, but actually zero stars"
