"We discovered Mangia while strolling through the city and decided to stop in for a refuel. The atmosphere is delightful, and the service is top-notch, especially from the staff at the counter. "I remember their salads being served in large family-style bowls, filled with onions and a delicious dressing, but that wasn't the case anymore. The salads now came in individual bowls, looking like pre-packaged garden salads that had been sitting in the fridge for who knows how long. The type of lettuce used was different, and even the dressing seemed off. I was so disappointed that I pushed it aside and opted for the minestrone soup instead. The minestrone was quite good, though it could have used more noodles. My family ordered a variety of dishes—there were five of us in total: pizza, eggplant Parmesan, chicken Vesuvio, fettuccine Alfredo, and bowtie pasta in creamy vodka sauce. My husband, who also grew up in the area and always orders the chicken Vesuvio, said it tasted completely different this time and was over-salted. He found the chicken dry and didn’t enjoy it. Thankfully, my bowtie pasta still tasted familiar. However, I found myself downing water because the food was unusually salty—I couldn’t remember it being that way before. The prices have certainly increased, which we’ve all become accustomed to post-Covid, but for five people, our bill came to around $177 plus tip. Only two of us ordered alcohol; my mother-in-law and I each had a glass of rosé priced at $10 each. To our surprise, it arrived in a glass that was barely filled to a quarter. I was not pleased with that. We were also shocked by how empty the restaurant was for a Saturday night at 7 PM—it was nearly deserted. Such a stark contrast to what I remembered."

"In general, this restaurant is decent. However, on Sundays they have a special for $7 High Life pitchers. We ordered two of those and a Bloody Mary, which ended up costing us $41. That seems like a pretty expensive Bloody Mary, right? Turns out, the clean-shaven bartender upstairs made a mistake and charged us incorrectly. The bartender with facial hair was great, but the clean-shaven one charged us $41 for our order and when we asked about it, he completely ignored us. He turned his back and refused to address the issue. The lack of respect and unwillingness to admit mistakes was disappointing. Other than that, it's not a bad place, but make sure to double-check your receipts and avoid the clean-shaven bartender upstairs."

"We ordered a salad and a sandwichThey were efficient, price point wise very reasonable compared to a lot of restaurants these days .I do miss baby greens in my salads .I had a summer salad with Romain, lettuce and lots of fruit. It was very refreshing. If you like people watching, there was lots of them around to watch while you're eating .I didn't get any baked goods this time, but I know they're quite yummy from past visits ."

"Consistently good food in the hot and cold bars. Pay by the weight and it's easy to get good food with lots of choices for a good price. It's also easy to get carried away and spend too much so be careful . The food tastes good though. Being able to get salmon and different meats with lots of vegetable and fruit choices is awesome. Also they have different food stations where you can get made to order sandwiches, sushi, ramen and salads. The cashiers are very nice too!"

"Traveling from out of town and stopped in for a hardy breakfast for Easter. Walking in the door, 5 of their staff members were standing there and very welcoming. Our order was cooked quickly and we were grateful for the speediness of service. We ordered an Eggs Benedict, with over hard eggs. (No runny yoke) The server, (Angel M.S) returned with the eggs half cooked. When we brought it to her attention she said, isn 't it cooked enough for you? Her tone felt sarcastic. My 9 year old noticed and asked why was she talking to us like that. The customer experience is just as important as the food. When serving a large demographic college town, it 's important to feel welcome. Unfortunately today, wasn 't one of those days. Hopefully that was a one off experience. Overall Good food. Healthy portions. Central location by the hotels. Could use some attention to dirt/dust in the wood partitions."

"Previously, I have always liked Panera Bread, but after this experience I will not be going back for awhile. With only one car in front of me, I waited in the drive-through for over 40 minutes. I pulled right up to the speaker and they said to wait a minute, over 15 minutes later they finally responded to take my order (I would have left, but a car was behind me so I couldn't back out of line). While taking my order the worker was SUPER rude! I only ordered 2 coffees and 2 bagels. I got my order and it was wrong. My coffee was made with milk instead of almond milk and received the wrong cream cheese for bagels. I understand staffing shortages are impacting the restaurant businesses, BUT if those working at least were nice or apologized I would have been able to look past the ridiculous wait time and errors."

"I come here every day to enjoy a cup of coffee and have my delicious sandwich. I love taking my time here because of the wonderful staff. My favorite is Manolo; he's incredibly pleasant and always takes a moment to chat, no matter how busy he is. He truly is the best! Then there's Desiree, who is always helpful, kind, and patient. "We had a girls lunch and we all loved our choices. Two of the them had their favorite chicken salad that they get all the time, one got the Rueben and it was huge and could only eat 1/2 but enjoyed it and I had the Mayport shrimp and avocado salad and it was amazing! may be my new favorite! "My husband and I decided to dine at Toozy Patza following the recent outbreak. We were impressed by the quick and friendly service, as well as the clean and welcoming decor. The pizza we ordered was incredibly delicious and we devoured the entire pie. We were surprised to find prosciutto in the Vegan Pizza and asked our server about it. She explained that the owner aims to give all pizzas a gourmet touch, and considers [censored] Cheez to be the key ingredient to make the pizza vegan. Although he may not fully understand veganism, the staff is knowledgeable and can help guide customers to suitable options. We were pleased to learn that all the breads and doughs are vegan, allowing us to enjoy garlic knots and roasted dough without any concerns."

"My wife and I enjoyed a fun date night at the Grill at Harryman House. Our waiter was both very personable and knowledgeable about the menu. We really enjoyed our drinks and appetizer, which was popcorn cauliflower with a honey-sriracha sauce. Our entrees of grilled salmon and seared rockfish were delicious and made for a nice meal. "They have one of the best Gluten Free pizza I tried so far!!Service was excellent! "Poor experience overall. Lots of little things that in isolation aren 't that big of a deal, but they added up to a frustrating experience. When it was our turn to order the girl at the register seemed annoyed to have customers. My wife has a dairyallergy so we asked for her food to not have cheese and we asked for it to-go. When we picked up our food it was prepped fordine-in, but the lady behind the counter kindly repacked it for us. Later when we were ready to eat, it turned out that mywife 's order had all the dairy on it and she was unable to eat it, so it appeared that the girl taking orders might have beenhaving an off-day. We didn 't have time to go back to Panera, so we called 4 times over an hour and were never able to getthrough. The line would just hang up after a few minutes of ringing. This was the call to place an order phone number, soperhaps they just didn 't want the business? We were really looking forward to a nice lunch date but it 's pretty disappointingwhen one person can 't have their lunch."

"Booked an early dinner, wanted to check this place out for a while. Having read some of the reviews, I was a little reluctant, but we were promptly seated. Ordered drinks, the bar was a little slow, but nothing to complain about. My wife ordered the steak salad, which was good. I ordered the prime burger and sweet potato fries and a salad. Burger was really good, two patties cooked to order, they brought fries instead of the sweets, but they corrected the mistake and the sweet potato fries were tasty. Would have been better hot. The salad was fresh with two big strips of bacon. Overall the food, service and ambiance of the restaurant was between fair and good. Might give them another shot, but wouldn't rush back."
