"This restaurant can be quite hit or miss. Although I've had some good meals here, as a frequent customer, I can no longer take the chance. During my visits, I've witnessed some unprofessional behavior that really needs to be addressed. The staff appeared rushed and aggressive when I was trying to choose toppings for my salad, even though the place was empty. They quickly added full slices of onion and tomato, and while I was able to stop the onion, I couldn't prevent the tomatoes from going on. Additionally, I was surprised to learn that the diced cucumber and tomato salad now comes with an extra charge. I ended up spending $18 for a disappointing meal, and I won't be returning. For newcomers, if the staff recognize you as a potential regular, you might get a couple of dried-out falafel balls. After that, good luck!"
