"I stopped here for a quick bite. I initially wanted to try the fish sandwich but I couldn't stomach paying $9 for that combo and settled on the shrimp tackle box. I should've sampled it before leaving the location. The food tasted as if it had been sitting too long and overcooked (i.e., very chewy, rubbery). The temperature was sub-par. It's located near shopping trip with other food places and retail places. Parking spaces are very close, which made me rush to get in and out before someone could return to their car and sing my car door."

"I went through the drive thru and ordered a 4 piece mixed with a side of red beans and rice. It was after 9:00 pm last Friday (2/17/2024). When I got home they did give me the 4 pieces and the red beans and rice, but, it was not spicy. I was hungry so I ate as much as I desired. I could taste the old grease used to cook this chicken. The next morning I felt nauseated at the stomach. All day I laid in bed not feeling well. The next day was worst. I was throwing up and had a bad case of diarrhea. Never will I go here again. If you want food poisoning, help yourself. I feel much better today but still have soreness in my stomach from throwing up so. Do better Popeyes."

"Very disappointed they didn't even have a menu up on the menu board what prices on it I ordered it two pieces of chicken a breast and a thigh with a biscuit and a side of coleslaw and it was $9.99 I find that hard to believe. And I couldn't tell the prices because there's no menu so thank you to charge me anything they wanted to be honest I've gotten two pieces of chicken from there before with the side and a biscuit for 799 and it wasn't on the special very disappointed chicken was dry also"

"This has always been my favorite place for fast food fried chicken, and this visit was no different. My spicy all-white chicken was served hot and juicy, the red beans were perfectly cooked (they can be dry sometimes), and the biscuit was just as delicious as ever."

"Greatest Pizza in Dearborn I would recommend this to anybody come to Detroit or Wayne County Metro area I would recommend this place family-owned and always polite and always good on prices and they're always nice to you on the phone and they will never put you on hold like other people would I rate this 10 out of 10 if I had the Chance the pizza so awesome and taste so great and so well done and you never get the dough pizza like the other pizza places in Dearborn this is the best pizza place I recommend this to anybody I come here every week at least once a week just to get the just to get that Detroit slice of heaven, also they have great prices any other place they would charge a triple with these guys were charge!!!!!! The owners are wonderful person and the great people great family and community and great pizza in atmosphere I recommend to all!!!"

"Why do I have to wait so long every time I come here? It’s now the 20 minute mark and there’s 6 orders/people standing here waiting for food… the cashier saids were waiting on chicken?!? Isn’t that what you do is chicken?? You would think the chicken would be ready or at least not take 20 minutes….. idk…. Maybe I just had a bad day….. my wife started at 8 am with, help the kids get dressed… I’m changing my review to 5 stars because he gave me an extra apple pie for waiting."

"I cant give it a zero but would if I could. Firs off this branch is NOTHING like other branches I have been to. I went through drive-through and placed my order and paid for it with no problems. This was approximately 7:15 pm. I proceeded to drive home (after having been moving all day). Get home and sit down to eat and realize that the 2 original chicken sandwiches and the surface and turf combo with coleslaw and a medium spritehad somehow mysteriously morphed into a 4 piece box of chicken with a small mashed potato with gravy and a medium uncarbonated sprite. I drove back and attempted to go in dining room apparently they were understaffed so badly they couldn't have it open even for issues such as mine). I was forced to go through the drive-through and wait behind approximately 10 cars. Upon arriving at the speakerbox I explained their error and they had me drive forward. They ASKED FOR THE 4 PCS OF CHICKEN BACK. Now in my understanding of food handling this is not something restaurants are allowed to do once the food has left the premises. Correct me if I'm wrong. They then gave me a second sprite which was as nasty as the first one. I finally said I'll settle for a coke which was fine. By now it's 8:30ish. They handed me the replacement food and I drove home... AGAIN. YES i checked the order. My wife and I sit down to finally eat. She opens her coleslaw and it was so spoiled I could smell it from like 3 feet away.....ruined my appetite. I am now livid. I drive back again only to find that again there's 10 or so cars in the drive-through. I get to the speaker and ask to speak to a manager. I get to the window and there's an 18 or 19 yr old who I KNOW is clearly the shift manager and not the store manager who by the way stood right behind this guy the whole time. He stated Whats the problem I handed him the coleslaw and said open that and smell it and you tell me what the problem is. He stated he wasn't going to do that and only offered to replace it to which I said I didn't want a replacement but wanted a refund because this was my third trip to this location in the last 2 hrs and they not only couldn't get the order right but they were also serving spoiled food. (Why aren't the food protocols followed)? He kept insisting he would only offer a replacement coleslaw. I began to curse him out I shouldn't have I get it) They threatened to call the cops and I told them to that I would wait for them and drove away and called corporate after I finished moving."

"We went to the drive through and the young man had a wonderful customer service spirit. We asked him could we get legs and wings only and He gave us information on details on if that could be done and how long it would take.... Now that is what we like... If we wanted to wait or order something else that is customer service that we enjoy hearing, so thank you ... We decided to wait and got full service hot and fresh... Thank you sir and manager... "If I could give no stars I would. I asked for shrimp and they said they were out until tomorrow...(not their fault) but wait time was over 28 minutes through the drive thru and when I got to the window....they didn't know what I ordered and then said the wait for my sandwich (all I ordered...A SANDWICH, not even a meal) would take an additional 4 1/2 minutes. That was my entire lunch break. They asked if I had time to wait or refund my money. I took the refund."

"Popeyes is the only place where I can enjoy fried chicken without experiencing any stomach issues. Additionally, I appreciate that I can order my chicken mild since I'm allergic to black pepper. I am a big fan of this location and will go out of my way to eat here. The staff is friendly, well-trained, and the best part is that they are fast and accurate - I rarely have had any mistakes with my orders."

"I do not really care for them these days. The lobby has never re opened and you are forced to only use the drive through. Other issues happened the last time I ordered from them. There’s a sign outside that says you are responsible to check your back before pulling away or it’s your fault you didn’t get your food. This location is the only one that’s not open to the public and they have a serious issue about giving you what you paid for. We didn’t get our sides that we paid for we were offered to get them the fallowing day, we decided not to drive all the way there to get our sides the next day. We were very dissatisfied with not receiving our drink and sides and we did not want to drive 20 minutes to go back and get them again. They need to check their own orders or open up their lobby so we are not holding up the line to assure they did their job correctly. The lobby has been closed for 2 years. It’s insanity."

"The original chicken sandwich at this restaurant is the best I've ever had! It was a huge, thick piece of tender, moist chicken that was absolutely amazing with a little BBQ sauce. The coleslaw was delicious, the fries were flavorful, and the regular size portion was just right. I also enjoyed a cream soda and Dr Pepper mix that was very refreshing. They even gave me some spicy mayo on the side for my fries. After spending 3 hours roaming the Los Osos oaks, I was so hungry and this meal really hit the spot. I'm grateful that we don't have this restaurant back home, otherwise I would get so fat. The service was fast and the bathrooms were clean. Thank you!"

"I visited the Popeyes on 161st Street and Concourse Village, which is just a few blocks from my home. Unfortunately, the chicken was soggy and lacked the crispiness I was expecting. Additionally, it wasn't displayed in the store as part of the $6.99 deal, and the flavor was disappointing. In comparison, the Popeyes on East 149th Street and the Grand Concourse consistently has much more flavor."

"That chicken sandwich that people are always talking about is FANTASTIC !! The breading on it is so perfectly portioned that you get this satisfying crunch that complements the flavor so well its the most euphoric fast food experience I've ever had. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because even though I said 4 separate times one spicy and one regular i still ended up with two spicy sandwiches."

"They got the good spicy, a nice kick to enhance the already present flavor, not an inferno in your mouth that makes you regret your life choices. Also they have one of those coke machines that has a touch screen and lots of options and every time I'vevisited they're never out line most places with that machine. 7.8/8, would chicken again."
