"This is the most disappointing restaurant experience I've ever had. The service was terrible, the food was unappetizing, and the prices were outrageously high. The plates were dirty, and the utensils didn’t seem to be washed. When I arrived around 2 PM, the lights were off, and we were left in the dark until someone turned them on. There was only one waiter in the entire restaurant.
I ordered two entrées and a kani salad, which looked unappetizing and was poorly prepared—it didn't even seem properly shredded. It tasted like it came from someone’s kitchen, not a restaurant. The two entrées I ordered had an awful taste; they were so unappetizing that I forced myself to change my order.
For two entrées, a kani salad, egg rolls, and dumplings, I paid a staggering $203, which included a $30 tip that the waiter added himself. How can such small portions cost so much? When I expressed my concerns to the chef, who was also the waiter, he dismissed my complaints and said they had been in business for 23 years, implying that customers have to pay regardless of their satisfaction.
I strongly advise against visiting this establishment unless you want to feel robbed. I wish I could give it zero stars. Everything was terrible, from the taste of the sauce to the overall lack of freshness. Save your money and avoid this place."
