"I visited Teriyaki Madness in Reno with a friend on September 16th, 2022, just after noon, and I was not impressed at all. The food was underwhelming; my bowl was served lukewarm. We requested extra napkins, since we each only received one, but none were brought to us. My friend ordered a bowl that came with an eggroll, but it arrived only after she had nearly finished her meal, and it was burnt. When she went to the ladies' restroom, she found the floor sticky and the toilet seat very loose. The server who brought our food appeared overwhelmed and somewhat short-tempered, likely due to the restaurant being understaffed. Unfortunately, we won't be returning."
