"The food was bland, to say the least—if anything, that’s an understatement. The sauce tasted like something straight out of a supermarket bottle, lacking any flavor or seasoning. I had to resort to using garlic salt and pepper, which didn’t make much of a difference. The garlic knots they served were equally unimpressive. They used to provide garlic bread instead, but it seems like they are cutting corners to save money.
What I find surprising is the changes they’ve made to the back of the restaurant while the front remains in disrepair, with rotting wood and uncomfortable chairs. I wonder how the management will react to this feedback. Bella Pizza needs to pay attention to the numerous complaints about their pasta and overall quality, which have been ongoing for almost a year. It’s disheartening to see customers spend their money on subpar food. As a cook myself, I find it embarrassing to have consumed this food."
