"I've never had a bad Margarita but the one I ordered from here wasn't very good! I then ordered a Hamburger that was supposed to be cooked to medium well and there wasn't an ounce of pink in the meat anywhere. It was also very, very dry. My husband ordered the special which was a BBQ half chicken and he said that even the dark meat was dry! Overall not impressed and won't be going back"

"I have been coming to the Palatine Inn for many years. I would say that the best thing about the restaurant is it's consistency. You can always depend on each dish being delivered is going to be the same as the last time. That's why you can have favorites! The turnover of servers is very high, so I can't say I have a person I would ask for, but the training must be very good because service is always good. It would be worth your while to check out this friendly and dependable restaurant!"

"Almost turned around and left when we got there. Is this place a bar or a bistro? When the TV at the bar is showing a cooking show and there is only one person in the place alarm bells should be sounding. I had a grilled chicken carbonara at the recommendation of our waitress. My wife had the salmon pappardelle and we had a side of bread. Lets start with the bread. The bread was a store bought dry pita cut into 4ths. The salmon pappardelle had a hand full of tomato niblets. I would say maybe 10 pieces the size of a kernel of corn. The pasta and ginger cream sauce had no flavor. The salmon was good and cooked correctly. The chicken was well seasoned but hardly there. It was maybe 1/2 of a thinly pounded out breast that I would not consider the freshest on the planet. The carbonara was ok, but the cream sauce also didn 't impress. It was like water and I never got the pancetta or parmesan flavors. My wife gave it 2 stars, i gave it 2.5. The bar was 1/2 the room, and for the entire time we sat in the place it had a total of 3 people at the bar, plus our table of two. There was no need for reservations, and there is no way this place can stay in business with this level of patronage. A real letdown from the District 7 family."

"I called Ledo 's at 9:12 p.m. Jose answered the phone. The restaurant was closed. Although the restaurant was closed, he was willing to take and prepare my order because the fryer had not been turned off. He was extremely kind, polite, and friendly. What an amazing example of going beyond what was required of him. This is not a common practice of restaurant workers. Most are anxious to get home after a long hard day at work. The chicken salad was scrumptious! The order was ready in five minutes and when I arrived after about 10 minutes the order was brought out to me. He refused to take a tip. He 's a keeper! Ledo is fortunate to have Jose as part of its team."

"After living just down the street for over a year, this was my first time trying Boston Style Pizza, and I only wish I had come sooner. The food was outstanding, and the atmosphere when we picked up our order was great. The pizza had a unique style compared to others in the area, but in a very good way—I’ll definitely be ordering it again. The steak stromboli was the best I’ve ever tasted, absolutely amazing. Without a doubt, I’ve found a new favorite spot."

"I attempted to place a takeout order on a Sunday night, just 30 minutes before closing. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone refused to take my order, stating that they were closing in 20 minutes. They were extremely rude and even yelled at me while I was trying to speak to them. Overall, the service was unpleasant and the atmosphere was very unwelcoming. I would not recommend this restaurant. "I absolutely love this food. Some of the best Mediterranean food I've ever had. The Grecian egg rolls are to die for. My only complaint is that their prices have absolutely skyrocketed in the past two years or so. I imagine that times are hard but man, paying for 2 entrees out the door was like $45 but now you'll be paying closer to $60. I'll definitely continue eating here because the food is fantastic but this might be an every few months splurge now."

"I find it amusing when people give this place only 1 or 2 stars. They must prefer chain pizza and generic restaurants over authentic flavors and quality! I've never had a bad meal here. While the service can occasionally be mediocre, the delicious food more than makes up for it. I always go for their pizza and chicken parmesan. The red sauce is outstanding! Dining in can be a bit on the pricey side, but the fantastic food makes it worth it!"

"From all Ledo?s this has the worst service and the LONGEST waiting period. I was 10 minutes in my hand to order a pizza. I was called back and in front of two words I was stopped by an extremely rude employee. I'd rather go to this because it's closest to me. "Another mediocre to below average experience at this Ledo. I will say that when the owner is there, he's on top of everything. When the younger manager is there... It's the opposite. As a former GM for Ledo I have high expectations, but I'm also very forgiving about things that happen in restaurants. We walked in at 8:30pm this evening, excited to eat... Only to be told that the dining room was closed (without any actual reason). The waitress had obviously made more then enough money today, but she had to ask the young man in charge why the dining room was closed. I'm not sure what the point is when you run a business, but don't want to serve your customers. We went to order for carry-out. It seemed pricey compared to what I expected. While my wife went to the restroom, I used the website to check on the exact order (and found that online it was $3 cheaper). My wife came back from the restroom to let me know that she was lucky enough to use the last 2 squares of TP. I really wish there was consistency in the way this place was run... Unfortunately the majority of our trips end in disappointment. The owner seems to be there during the daytime, but when he leaves it's obvious that the kids run the daycare. "I’m sure this place has great pizza, but the quality and taste of the rest of the menu will ensure that I never find out.The cheesesteak is one of the best I’ve had having more cheesesteaks than anyone really should and would be the go to order, except they also make the Athena Salad. The Athena is, simply put, the best salad meal you can find in Virginia North Carolina Maryland Pennsylvania. The pretzel is also terrific, but I do not recommend taking that on without a friend unless you intend for it to be a meal.I’ve never had a bad experience here, and I will be returning. The atmosphere is fun and comfortable, and not over the top 31 pieces of “flair,” so one can legit bring their friends and co workers for a gathering or a special someone for a date.If you are a local, you probably already know. "If you're from Maryland and haven't tried Ledo's Pizza yet, you're truly missing out! Just kidding, but it's definitely a must-try. My main piece of advice is to avoid piling on too many toppings. The pizza is square and cut into smaller squares, which means only the outer pieces have a crust to hold onto. If you overload it with toppings, the middle pieces might end up feeling more like a casserole. The fried ravioli is a delicious appetizer as well. Although the parking lot seems tight and small, there is additional parking available in the back."

"I had a great dining experience at this restaurant! We visited for dinner, and I found the prices to be very reasonable, averaging between $20 and $30 per person. I highly recommend trying the Hawaiian Pizza and the Ledo Pizza Deluxe; both are delicious options. As for parking, there’s plenty of space available, and it’s just a short walk from a free parking lot. Overall, a fantastic spot for a relaxed meal!"

"I just picked up pizza from the Ledos in Mt. Airy, my experience was so great that I decided to leave a review. I didn't order long from them, but after tonight I'll do it soon. The line was long, but Kirsten in the register had everything under control. She was so polite, happy and efficient. Everyone seemed really happy with his order. When I was on the line, Kirsten had my order on the table, my food looked great and she even reminded me that I wanted Dessert! "We have enjoyed dining at Ledos for several years. Our recent visit we ordered lasagna. Unfortunately that was not lasagna. Pasta, cheese and cheese and a small amount of sauce. Typically ground beef is layered into lasagna. No ground beef. Small and very few pieces of sausage sprinkled in the lasagna. Barely bite size. No ricotta cheese. We were disappointed. Months years ago real lasagna was served."

"We stopped in for a quick bite to eat today. When we entered, the person behind the counter was on her cell phone. I asked if we should seat ourselves and she relied yes. We were the only patrons in the restaurant. We waited for someone to wait on us, but noone did. All the while, the girl behind the counter remained on her phone. The waitresses’ actions communicated that she was more interested in her phone than the customers in the restaurant. After waiting for about 5 minutes, we decided we were going to wait no more, so we headed for the door. On the way out I asked if there was a waitress working today. At which point she stated that she was it. I told her we were leaving because she hadn’t waited on us. She was sassy and said she was going to come over to our table once my boyfriend came back from the restroom. However, once he came back we still waited, while the waitress remained on her phone. She said it was “fine” that we decided to leave, while she gave us attitude amidst her frustration from the confrontation. She did not apologize for the poor service either. We then decided to leave. My suggestion is to train the staff on professionalism and waitressing 101. First step, greet the customer. Don’t leave them waiting. Will not return. Service: 1"

"I was under the impression that a Meat Lover's pizza is a hearty portion of different varieties of meat toppings on a pizza. Not at this Ledos in Ft. Washington, MD. A few pieces of pepperoni and a dash of burnt sausages. I demanded a refund 5 times . The customer service agent keeping saying, thank you Miss, like he didn't hear me. I ate a slice and thru the rest in rheir trash can! !! Do not waste your money! The Health Department is on notice!"
