"I am extremely upset and disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I usually order from them and consider myself a loyal customer. Recently, I ordered six wings with fries, but when I received my order, the wings were burnt and very hard. I called to report this and requested a refund, but it took nearly an hour for them to return my money. In another order this week, I placed a larger order and found the crab soup to be spoiled. Unfortunately, they have lost me as a customer."

"This would be a zero if possible. While I was waiting to pick up a delivery order, a rat ran across the floor, mice and cockroaches were running in the grease and food prep areas and on the floors. It was disgusting! Flies and bugs everywhere. Not to mention another order came in for delivery for me to pick up while I was waiting for them to cook the previous order…they literally took cold noodles out of the fridge with their bare hands no gloves the poured a can of Alfredo sauce on the pasta put boiled shrimp in it and bagged it up. I haven’t eaten here and I would not ever after seeing all that."

"Who the hell says absolutely the best pizza in town .. that guy has no idea what he 's talking about. Frank 's is real pizza and the best in town. Pizza Boli 's is a chain similar to and in the same category as Domino 's and Papa John 's. They 're also over priced for what you get. "we have ordered from them several times. this time it SUCKED on jan 22!! they did not include the sides that were suppose to come with our order. nor did they include dressings or sauces that were suppose to come with our sides salads. I called Casa Mias to let them know and the guy who took my order also answered and just said ok didn't offer to make it right or provide some money back. after he said ok he hung up on me. I then called them back about hanging up on me and of course they immediately put me on hold. I guess the losers recognized my number and didn't want to hear what I had to say. they have gone down hill with food and service and won't order from there again! if you want good food and service go somewhere else don't order from them!!!"

"This was my first time and last) ordering from here. I ordered 3 chicken cheese steak subs. My food was delivered good delivery time), only to find 1 sub was made right chicken cheese steak) and the other 2 subs were made wrong cheese steak). I called the establishment back to let them know my order that was just delivered was wrong. The man who took my order answered the phone, I began to tell him my order was wrong and explain. The man cut me off and started talking over top of me, raising his voice telling me no the order was not made wrong. He out right said maybe I don't know what I ordered. That man was RUDE!! I did not get his name. I asked the man to bring his tone down. I asked the man how are we going to resolve this? I offered to bring the 2 subs back to be corrected chicken cheese steaks). He told me no they will not be corrected and continue to talk rude to me. The display of the rudeness and poor customer service I just received could not go unspoken. To the Sir who took my order/call, I say to you...I simply just wanted my order corrected and my 2 subs remade right. The level and extent you took the phone call to was unprofessional!!!"

"The food at this restaurant is good, but I was a bit let down when I arrived to pick up my order that I had called in ahead of time and it wasn't ready. When I inquired about the delay, they explained that they couldn't understand the order so they didn't prepare it. This was frustrating for me as I was in a hurry, as I am on the road all day. "that eats is good, but my husband and I were there twice in a week. for the third time we have ordered ourselves via the phone and learned that the customer service is terrible. over the phone the owner shouted at me practically when I questioned the total number, as it was significantly higher than our last order with the same eating. "I placed an order through Ubereat. The order has arrived and it's okay so far. But when I opened the pizza box, I saw that they were slicing the pizza. While placing the order, I said absolutely do not slice the pizza. But they had otherwise sliced ??it. I called the pizza shop and the guy on the phone said very rude that he would not send new pizza. This is the first time I've encountered such a mean man. I definitely do not recommend it. I have a pork allergy, I cannot eat, I cannot know and trust whether they are slicing peperoni pizza with the same tool."

"You need to try the pizza at this place if you're looking for great service and safety. It's located just three minutes away from the police station, so you might even see police officers passing by while you're there. A friendly young man took my order and had a nice conversation with me. They even brought the pizza to my car, and when they forgot my sauce, they went back inside the restaurant to get it for me. This level of hospitality is rare and deserves a five-star rating. I highly recommend this spot for a great dining experience."

"Food is tasty, served in good portions, made well. Prices have gone up again. They charge u an extra fee if u use ur credit card to pay the cc processing fee but they do not volunteer this pertinent info before u pay. Only is u ask. That is not being upfront w customers. There is no sign posted either that u are charged to pay THEIR Cc charge processing fee. Their soda fountain drinks only offer 1 size, less than 20 oz, probably 15 18oz. max. They offer cold 20oz bottled sodas but u pay more as if ur getting a 2Liter but ur only getting the 20oz. Still, their food is well prepared, consistently tastes great, fresh prepared they work hard to provide quick service. They still offer a slice of pizza which is as big as 2 slices but no more Pizza Special which used to include a soda. Soda is still the highest margin earner at MRP. They 're consistently one of the best pizzerias sub shops in Middle River White Marsh area. Give them a try!"

"This is my go to place for pizza and subs, not to mention other great foods such as open face turkey platters and wings. I began working in pizza shops about 25 years ago and am pretty picky about these things. Their pizza is really good, love their cheese steak subs and the chicken parmesan subs too! Note they use grilled chicken breast for the chic parm sub which I thought I would like (over the usual fried chicken breast) but it has became a favorite of mine. They take 30-45 minutes usually, even when busy which is fine. Food is always hot when it arrives. Service is great. After my third time ordering I was greeted by name. You may see some bad reviews but notice they many are from people who order though places like grub hub which doesn't make sense since they deliver. Also, keep in mind, my experience is people who don't tip well wont get the fastest service (this is normal and acceptable to me). I would highly recommend and when family visits they all love it too. Great salads also!"

"I placed my first ever order through slice for this pizza place. We made our order which included a large vegetarian pizza which listed it's ingredients as follows mushrooms, tomato's, green pepper, onion and olives. I add Italian sausage and I place our order thinking I knew exactly what kind of pizza I'm getting. The pizza gets here and it's loaded with banana peppers. There is absolutely no mention of it in the app menu or online menu. I absolutely detest banana peppers so I contact the store. I speak to the manager who is not listening to anything I am saying. I ask for her to listen as she isn't hearing what I'm saying and she proceeds to hang up on me. I call back asking for the owners number as I wasn't being rude and wanted to know how they could fix the pizza. She proceeds to yell at me and say she doesn't need customers like me who just make trouble. If me saying they did not deliver on their own menu items is trouble then they should not be in business. She refused to give me the owners number and hung up on me again. To say I am livid to be treated with absolute disrespect is an understatement. To be treated so abhorrently is unacceptable. spending our money at a place to turn around treat me like that is disgusting. I've never ordered from them before and I will never again.
