If you want to raise prices of everything on your menu by 1 dollar or more per item then service should exceed prior business , Not regress. Sad because food is good when it's warm. "As much as I want to love this place and their food but they are awfully and extremely slow both pre and post Covid. They would commit and say 25 minutes, and apparently its the same estimate that they give to ALL their customers very very frustrating. I do not want to even bother having the food delivered cause that will take 2 hours within a mile delivery. We’ve given them this feedback in the past and nothing was done to improve. At least, be respectful with other people’s time and just give an honest estimate if they’re busy. Worse, this was not the first, second or third time that this happened."

"The pizza was fantastic. The only problem was that the delivery driver tilted the pizza box sideways when taking it out of her car, causing all the cheese and toppings to slide off the crust—and even underneath it. I ended up having to piece the whole thing back together."

"It's mediocre pizza and food. I used to come here a lot but there's now a man in the parking lot chuck, who is so rude I won't even go into that shopping center. I am multiple months (visibly) pregnant and parked my car to run in and run out one night. He took pictures of me, my license plate/car and called me a **** multiple times. I felt so threatened especially there without my husband by this man yelling profanities at me. I'm not ever going back to any of the business in there. Honestly there is better pizza with more adorable prices now in the area. This was one of my favorite places but the lack of care for the customers and food has gone down hill."

"Good food, reasonable prices.First few times I ordered for delivery, it was during peak hours (noon, 5:00) so I expected to wait about 30 45 minutes. My shortest wait time, 55 minutes. My longest, almost 80 minutes! Next few times, I ordered during off hours (3:30, 8:00) expecting a much shorter wait.Still took about an hour.Bottom line, if you 're ordering for delivery, place your order an hour before you want to eat.4/5"

"Scossa is the best restaurant in Easton, and no visit to the town is complete without dinner at Scossa. The service is attentive without being obtrusive. There are always interesting specials, along with long time favorites. The drinks are good-sized, and the wine list is extensive. The food is well prepared, and the portions are not overwhelming. The restaurant is often full, but the noise level is subdued. There is outdoor seating, but I’ve always dined inside. The prices are very reasonable compared to city prices."

"Came here on a Saturday night around 7 and place wasn?t too busy but seemed like they were doing a lot of take out and delivery orders. The woman behind the counter was super friendly and answered all of my questions. Also they have a bathroom and you need to ask for the key. The restaurant has a homey feel and is very clean and rustic. They have a TV which was playing a horror suspense movie but somehow that just made the whole experience better. There is a variety of slices you can get. Speciality slices at $4 and cheese is $2.75. All prices on menu include tax. They have amazing daily deals even on the weekend. You can get a large cheese pizza and a 2 liter soda plus other items like mozzarella sticks and chicken wings depending on the day all for $28. It?s a great deal. They also give you 10% off online orders. We ended up trying the chicken parm pizza. It was delicious and light. It has mozzarella cheese on it, dabs of tomato sauce, crispy chicken and fresh mozzarella and basil. The dough was crispy on the bottom and the cheese gooey, it had a great flavor and we really enjoyed it. Can?t wait to come back."

"Completely disappointed! 1st pizza missing pepper, onions, n mushrooms. 2nd pizza replaced it but this time the o unions were almost whole, peppers not diced but in chunks as well, n barely any mushrooms even visible. 3rd pizza was burnt n over baked that my kids could barely bite into n the replacement pizza I'll leave you all to determine it for us. We have ordered from Family Pizza for some time n we are highly upset on the service n disappointed how it was handled even after we addressed it. Not more toppings is what we wanted but to just make it like they have always done. Not a happy day today n we don't drink soda so that doesn't help either."

"The owner of this pizzeria charges a 3.5% fee for credit card transactions without notifying customers beforehand. I find this to be dishonest, as it feels like he’s exploiting inflation. When I brought it up, he was arrogant and claimed that all restaurants do the same, which is simply not true. He even mocked me when I responded with "interesting." I’ve been a customer here for a while, and after reading the negative reviews, I have to agree with the criticisms. "I ordered food for Din. I had coffee and water together with I had her Friday special from Beef and Burger Sandwich. They offered several options for one page to go with him. There were more possibilities for the site to this special restaurant offered than others I have ever visited. I chose Clam Chowder soup. I chose the burger not to have any additional conditions. It was amazingly juicy with a great mix of flavors that it did not end up needing condodiments in my opinion. Very nice taste. The soup could say was homemade and delicious. I recommend trying if you like Clam Chowder soup. I sat on the front bar to get a better look at the operations. Everything was well organized and great attention to detail was done by what I observed. Also their flow to each of the other customers, for presentation of each plate etc. The servers made sure that my coffee was filled at the right time without having to ask. The restaurant had a chic atmosphere at the same time feeling casual homemade food. During my totally random visit to this facility seemed what the owner was there. He seemed to take great interest that every customer cares and everything goes smoothly with attention to details. From my point of view, he really seemed to care for his employees, customers and restaurant. That I feel together with other things makes this restaurant out of others I visited. This restaurant is not far from Buffalo International Airport."

"Very unhappy, ordered from here multiple times and the last 2 times was horrible! #1 pricing is not consistent we order the same 4 things and every time a different price. Didn?t really bother me before but these last 2 times they forgot food and stillcharged same price then proceeded to tell me when I advised them they forgot my item that they didn?t charge me for it and thatthey had to re-charge me to make the food. Tonight?s order blew me over the top, they again forgot my item wanted to charge memore money and then the chicken was so rubbery couldn?t even eat it we threw it out. Chicken kabob platter $25 ?? 75% rice and6 pieces of chicken, 5 were rubber couldn?t eat. I?m sorry we will never order from here again. It?s a shame too."
