"This restaurant has truly transformed me into a fan of chicken. The chicken is almost always cooked to perfection, with dryness being a rare occurrence (and considering I've dined here at least 50 times, it's understandable that not every dish is flawless). Their sauces are exceptional; both the house-fermented hot sauce and the romesco are absolutely fantastic. As someone who tends to lean towards vegetarian options, I could easily eat here every day. And I must mention the radicchio salad—it’s incredible. They really work some culinary magic in this place!"
