"My family and I came to this restaurant to bowl. It was just us adults. We arrived shortly after 7 pm one night, but it seemed like they were eager to close. They only allowed us to play one game of bowling, wouldn't take an order for food, and insisted we close our tab after one drink. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We would have had more than one drink each and probably spent at least $60 on food. Additionally, there were only 8 people in the bar and they turned away 4 people who wanted to bowl. They have definitely lost our business. It makes no sense why they wouldn't want to take advantage of all the potential business they had."
