"My husband ordered chicken parmigiana and I had a roast beef sandwich. Unfortunately, the waitress seemed completely uninterested in us and spent most of her time at the bar, scrolling on her phone. During that time, she could have easily cut some lemons since she was gone for so long.
Eventually, I managed to get her attention, and she brought out my husband's chicken parmigiana before heading back to the bar. I had to get up again to remind her that I was still waiting for my sandwich, which finally arrived when my husband was almost done with his meal. When I took a bite of the sandwich, the bun was hard and the meat was tasteless. The waitress asked if everything was okay, and I requested a box to take my food home. I mentioned I would add mayonnaise later.
When I got home and looked at the meat, I was horrified to find it was gray inside, so I ended up throwing it away. The service and food were both terrible. It felt like the waitress couldn't be bothered to serve us and should have stayed off her phone. This was my second visit, and I really should have known better. I will definitely not be going back."
