"The first thing I opened was the fries. Right away, I could tell they were cold. I took a bite, and unfortunately, they were indeed cold. While I was disappointed, I had them delivered, so I didn’t expect them to be piping hot, and I tried not to dwell on it too much. Next, I opened the chicken Caesar wrap. At first glance, it looked good, but when I took a bite, I found marinara sauce in it. If you know what a chicken Caesar wrap is, marinara definitely doesn’t belong in there, so I was puzzled by that. Then I went for the cheesecake, but when I opened it (it was in a clear container), I realized it was carrot cake instead. I was really upset about this because all I wanted was cheesecake. I moved on to the steak and cheese sandwich. It looked appetizing at first, but then I took a bite and discovered it, too, was really cold. At that point, I was very frustrated. The drinks were fine; however, they were in 2-liter bottles, and I meant to order the smaller ones but forgot to specify the size since they never asked. The only redeeming thing I ordered was the chocolate cake—it was actually pretty good. Overall, I can’t complain about that. However, I will never order from this place again. It was a terrible experience. I wish I had checked the reviews before placing my order. Thank you for ruining my birthday! (I would share a photo, but we threw everything out, and I didn't want to dig it all back out again.)"

"The first thing I opened was the fries. When I saw them, I could tell they were cold, and sure enough, when I took a bite, they were very cold. I was pretty disappointed, but since I had it delivered, I didn’t expect them to be piping hot, so I tried to let it slide. Next, I opened the chicken Caesar wrap. At first glance, it looked good, but when I took a bite, I found marinara sauce in it. If you know what a chicken Caesar wrap is, you'll agree that marinara does not belong in it. I was really confused about that. Then, I opened the cheesecake, and to my surprise, it was in a clear container. I quickly realized it was carrot cake instead of the cheesecake I had ordered. I was really upset because all I wanted was some cheesecake. When I finally got to the steak and cheese sandwich, it looked promising, but when I took a bite, it was freezing cold. At this point, I was extremely frustrated. The drinks were fine, but they were 2-liter bottles instead of the smaller ones I wanted. I didn’t get a chance to specify the size because they never asked. The only thing that turned out well was the chocolate cake—it was actually pretty good. Overall, I can't complain about that. However, I will never order from here again. This place is terrible, and I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Thank you for ruining my birthday! (I would add a photo, but this is being written after we threw everything out, and I didn't want to dig it out again.)"

"First off, the restaurant is bright and clean! The decor is modern, and there’s both indoor and outdoor seating available. The vegetables are incredibly fresh! The falafel tastes as though it’s made right on the spot. I’ve tried the falafel from Halal Guys (which is frozen, overly salty, and frankly terrible), but Olive Falafel delivers a fresh and delicious experience! If you enjoy falafel, you’re going to LOVE Olive Falafel! Give it a shot! The hummus is good too. I have my favorites, and nothing will ever beat the hummus from Hummus Pita Co in Manhattan (which sadly closed during the pandemic), but I’m thrilled to have discovered this AMAZING falafel spot along my route to and from the Big Apple. Maybe my expectations are set high, but the hummus here is still delicious and creamy. They even top it with a few chickpeas, a drizzle of olive oil, and a sprinkle of spices that taste as if there’s a hint of cinnamon in there. That was a delightful new flavor for me. The pita bread was warm, fresh, and soft. If you’re vegan or vegetarian, you’ll find plenty of options here. I didn’t try any of the meat dishes, but based on everything else, I’d imagine they’re just as good! Though I did experience a slight wait, I believe it’s a testament to how popular the food is, especially since I visited during peak hours. I’ll definitely be returning many more times in the future. How about you?"
