"Owner needs to be more courteous. I haven’t been to this place in 4 years and they changed a lot. Walked in puzzled seeing everyone and items. Couldn’t distinguish the sides and entrees. No pricing available. They hardly speak and rude. Cashier even argued infront of other customers and later said 1000 sorry. Too many things are arranged in small places and u will miss the important points. Also at lunch too many people infornt and behind you so you are making choices half minded. Employees are not welcoming, not courteous, greedy for money.dishonest., two sides, three side, four side differ by a 1$. But if you buy one side they charge you 5$. Never transparent with pricing. Owner chadi did run the receipt. Walked over to the table to prove customer wrong for a 1$ and embarrassing. Later said 1000 sorry. Don’t argue if you have any complaints with food or employees. Just pass this place next time. No customer satisfaction and the above pic shows 17$ food."

"Delicious Jordanian/Mediterranean food at fair prices. Our server and the owner were extremely pleasant and attentive. This is the perfect place to go with some friends or a date, bring your own bottle of wine, and order a bunch of fun appetizers. We ordered the baba ghanouj, spicy labneh and Greek salad. The tomato kufta entree, and kanafa dessert were also fantastic. There’s a lounge on the second floor also for hookah/performances. I’ll be back here for sure. They take great care of you here."

"Very Good Pakistani Food. Hard to find a good Pakistani place to eat. Places in Little India that say so, do not step up to the plate. At Red Chili, their chicken biriyani is superb and so is their version of tandoori chicken (they have another name for it). The minced lamb kabob was also very good. Naan is reasonably priced. Nihari (has beef) was mediocre needs more flavor. The only complaint about the place, is the unpredictable service. It can get slow, due the place becoming crowded and well known. That maybe tolerable. However, it is the interaction with the staff that is bothersome. They do not seem to care and can be rude. So it depends who you get to wait on you. I like their food it is different comapred to the other similar restaurants, so I have put up with it. Having been there several times, I try to get the waiters who will not **** me off......."

"I heard about this place from my Yemeni friend. At last decided to hit the place for dinner. We came for the dinner. Overall, the food is pretty good here, but the customer service is worst. So when we both the girls came inside, nobody was there to attend us. We stood for a while, and then decided to walk straight at the counter. There was a guy, quite young at age showed us a table. We sat and then again nobody came to take any order. We walked to the counter and gave theorders, and even had to ask for the glasses of water! We started with coffee. The coffee was decent, however extremely sweet for me. We ordered a sampler platter as an appetizer, which was great. The food was good, so was the portion size.The freshly baked tandoori roti bread) was terrific. In the main entree we ordered a plate of rice with two kinds of meat chicken and beef). The aromatic rice with the spicy meat was terrific. The amount was pretty good for us. Therewere many options written as dessert, however only baklava was available. We ordered a plate that comes with two pieces. The baklava was decent, however, not the best one that I have had. I don?t have much complaints about the food but thecustomer service was terrible. Even when the final check arrived, the prices not properly billed. The prices for the coffee was overly charged . However, we were in a hurry and just paid that without confronting."

"My experience at Shish Kabob Grill was great. The restaurant was comforting and welcoming and offered me a dining experience that gave me a true Middle Eastern feel with ambience, music, serving plates and hospitality of course. I had Chicken Qabsa (plate) which was good. Only feedback I could have is hummus could have been grinder more fine for my taste. It's a family owned restaurant and very personal to the guests. "Hidden Gem in Sayreville NJ ! Visited this place when it first opened up about 2 years ago, under previous ownership. New ownership and family owned. Went in for some lamb over rice and smelled the curry so I ordered a side of curry chicken. It sohappen the owners wife was cooking it so I ordered a side of the curry chicken. The lamb over rice was good but the currychicken fell off the bone and it was very, very delicious. The Baklava was good and the fresh pita was on point may be usingthe wrong word for pita). Definitely recommend Riffy's. Don't be afraid to ask owner Saleem about any of the dishes you may beinterested in and aren't sure about. Cool Dude!!"

"Extremely polite and non judgmental. Regardless of how often I go there I get the same treatment. I am disabled and have problems breathing. They accommodate me every time bringing my food to me and offering to help me to my car. They even give memilitary discount, most other places don?t honor veterans. Due to my health, I go there sporadically every few months and Istill get the same treatment. They are consistently, polite and accommodating. "Great middle east cousine. Some very low priced combos, which makes it am easy choice. Very tasty hummus, although just a bit runny. The lanb shank meat was great, although you do not get the shank, but just some of the meat. The sauce is great, and the rice is right on the spot. The place is a bit of a hole in the wall. No problem get it to go, and Sleepy Dog Brewery is just few hundred feet down to road, and allows carry in food, so get the food here, and beer there, and you have yourself a nice dinner."

"Poor experience. The place was loud due to a private party. The staff seemed disorganized. Didn't take our order for minutes and when they did, a lot of menu items were not available. Waited minutes and left. I figured if my salad wasn't served after minutes, there was no point in sticking around. Bottom line, we didn't stick around to even try the food. When we were leaving, one customer said she had been there for an hour and her food had still not been served. She did however, say the food was very good from past experience"

"Amazing breath of fresh air in this former economic boom town drowning in leeching corporate restaurants. Amazing prices, extremely friendly people, and great food. Where I currently live, there are tons of Mezze options. Here in Saginaw, all you need is one. The lentil soup, is self serve. $2 for 16 oz! While I prefer my food to be very spicy, the flavors of this simple soup are outstanding. The falafel is beautifully bright and green. The hummus is just right. Very vegan friendly. Fresh grab and go deli options as well: hummus, tabbouleh, grape leaves, olives, garlic dip, hot sauce, cheese, etc. Everything is Halal, if that really means anything to you, considering all animals feel pain when you kill them. However, that is a political point. Check out the grocery. It's filled with amazing goodies from the other side of the world. Support this local businesses you haven't already!"
