If you can't provide customer service, if you want me to be an unpaid employee, if I don't know what comes with things, what the sauce is like, what the food is other than a picture, then you're not getting my business. Edited after reply That doesn't change the fact that you'd rather not pay people to perform basic, customer service tasks and want me to be your unpaid employee and take my own order, but if you have to have a manager there for the staff to do their jobs properly, then no, I don't even want your free food."
