"I arrived 10 minutes early, only to find my order just sitting there, and no one greeted me—I had to ask about it myself. Unfortunately, both slices were cold, even though I ate them on-site, which was quite disappointing. I tried the chicken bacon ranch slice and Grandma's eggplant slice. The square slices were a nice twist compared to the usual round pizzas. I usually love chicken bacon ranch, but this one didn't quite hit the mark for me; the bacon was too smoky.
The eggplant slice, however, was something I wouldn't typically order, but I kept hearing great things about it, and I’m so glad I did. Even though it was cold, it was delicious! It featured a whole piece of eggplant parm topped with ricotta, and the sauce was just right—not too sweet, but pleasantly flavorful. I appreciated how generous they were with the toppings; they certainly don’t skimp on ingredients.
After eating the eggplant slice, I was already full, so I probably didn’t even need the chicken bacon ranch. I'm definitely interested in returning, especially since I’ve never seen an eggplant parm slice anywhere else, and I'd love to have it fresh out of the oven next time. I think I’ll skip the pre-ordering and just go in and wait."
