"We didn’t know where to go eat so we decided a place that does Pizza can never do us wrong, and we were right! This place is nice inside and some really friendly staff. Our server made sure that we didn’t over order cause of massive the servings are in there! He helped pick some drinks for us and was super patient jamming out to some music on the side. You know the staff is great when they ensure you know what your getting versus a quick cash grab. The sliced pizzas are massive as we watched them take it to a table next to us. One calzone is big enough to feed two and yes even the men. The spaghetti carbonara was delicious and I’m still thinking about it. Great spot, great service, delicious food and fair pricing nothing we don’t usually pay for 2. $60. this is including 3 alcoholic drinks."

"I love their minestrone soup. Truly. But each of the last three times i have come to this location, it has been a frustrating and incomplete experience. Each time I have either left empty handed or had to wait hours to get what I had ordered. Just stay away from this location. They are nice but after three tries on simple orders, come on! Today I ordered through DoorDash. I specified a time, placed the order and got two confirmations from DoorDash. I also got charged. When I arrived there was only one person on duty. The others, including the manager, were either delivering or offsite. The young man said they had no order for me. I showed him the confirmation and he said they have a lot of problems with DoorDash and GrubHub. To the point that no orders make it from those platforms to their store. YET THEY STILL USE THEM. The store is listed on both sites. So I was told I needed to fix the issue and call DoorDash. Ok I get that but knowing your link to these websites doesn 't work AND YOU CONTINUE TO USE THEM is maddening. So their failure to work out the issues with these websites is my problem. Talk about passing the buck. They should remove their location from those sites. am no longer going to try and support this neighborhood shop. Ill get the soup froma location three miles away instead."

"I have been to the Russo's in Austin, and it was very good. This one, not so much. The mozzarella sticks looked like plastic cheese. They gave us some kind of cut-up crust with garlic and cheese on top. It was very greasy and tasted old. My friend got a slice of pizza. It was a very big slice. They took an old piece of pepperoni pizza and threw some toppings on it, and heated it up. She said there was no sauce on the pizza. We ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza as well. Of all the things we ordered, that tasted the best. I don't think we will return to this location. Not satisfied with the food overall, especially for the price we paid. Cheesesticks, greek side salad, and BYO pizza with a drink was $54."

"It took really long to get any kind of service. We had to ask for water. Our actual drinks came only when our food arrived there, although we just ordered Sangria and a soda. The worst thing is they don't let us share the bill. You said, regardless of the party, it's an invoice per table. My husband is on a business trip and so his part of the meal is to be paid on his business card. And they refused to do that. I even asked what if the people on the table are not related and the server said that this is for them to work, we only do one driving time. It was really uncomfortable and I don't think we'd return. Pizza was fine. Not bad. But the other things didn't make it worth it. We also went there from Canal and there was no great experience. If you try them, I'd suggest Uber or Lyft or drive myself."

"I joined a friend who recommended this restaurant, and I must say, it was quite a cozy spot. The service was quick and friendly. I tried the sautéed snapper, which was lightly floured, tender, and flaky, topped with lump crab and mushrooms in a delightful lemon chive butter sauce. The green beans were perfectly crisp and packed with flavor. I opted to substitute the ziti marinara side with fettuccine Alfredo (not pictured), which had just the right amount of sauce. The complimentary bread was served hot and fresh, accompanied by a whipped butter that melted instantly when spread on the bread. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and am happy to have discovered such a charming little place just 15 minutes from home. I definitely plan to return."

"It was my first time there. I was standing at the front area looking at the hanging menu. The waitress just came up and said here is the lunch menu and just pointed up... I tried to explain I was new and didn 't know what is going on... A white couple came in behind me... The waitress lit up .. asked them to take a seat anywhere.. and she will be over with menu and drinks. I then asked why I didn 't get the same service, she said she didn 't know what I wanted, because I was standing there. It felt racially biased... I just started working in the area, and had the worst experience. I ended up ordering a slice of pepperoni and ceaser salad. I would have LOVED to try a calzone or pasta... But it was only the pizza and salad hanging menu that she pointed to. The pizza was burnt and had no cheese, the salad had 2 croutons. Will not try this place again."

"Had my daughters baptism today and my inlaws chose this place for an early dinner after. Never in my lifetime have I almost forced myself to eat the full plate at a restaurant because the food tasted so good! I had the chicken marcalla and tasted the ravioli. Both where mouth watering good. From appetizers to meals not one person had a complaint in our large party. They where great with my toddlers and the service was excellent. Very friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was cozy and they where very accommodating which we where grateful for. We will be back! 11/10 experience!"

"We took off twice and it was quite delicious both times. We had the pizza with paprika and garlic ( field) and we had the fried mushrooms (and they give you quite large mushrooms for the price! As a hobby through the trade, I was satisfied with this Lol) I had the calfsmarsala and while the sauce was quite decent, not the best, but not bad at all, the calf was just so tender and well made so that formed for them. Hubs had a tour of Roma with meatballs and he said it was fantastic. You also get so much food for the price. We have both leftovers for tomorrow! When I went through the drive, the server was very polite and double checked that my order was correct."

"This is a place that was advertised in the hotel streaming channel we stayed in as one of the best pizza joints. Unfortunately the expectation didn’t meet reality. "We enjoyed an early dinner, and now I'm feeling ready for a nap! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Our server, Troy, provided fantastic recommendations, and the kitchen really delivered on the food—it was phenomenal! I had the baked rigatoni casserole with Alfredo sauce, a house salad with a tasty vinaigrette, the daily soup, delicious fresh buttered garlic bread, and a dish topped with an enormous meatball. For dessert, we indulged in the Italian crème! We also had the pleasure of meeting Nora, the owner, who has a lovely smile and is very professional. I wholeheartedly recommend everything on the menu! "I ordered a pizza for takeout from Russo's because I received a $5 off coupon in the mail. I placed the order at the restaurant and waited about 20-30 minutes before my order was ready. It appeared as if some employees were in training, but the service was still pleasant. They made my pizza fresh to order, and it tasted so delicious! I felt that the size of the pizza made it a pretty good value for the price. The crust was thin and the toppings worked well together. I am usually not a fan of sausage on pizza, but I thought the sausage on this pizza was really good. While it didn't exactly compare to the pizzas I've had in NYC, I enjoyed it and would order from them again."

"Love eating at this local restaurant! Good selection of non-pizza items and although it became busy, waitress and host were great! "The restaurant was quite busy, and we had to wait about 30 minutes for a table. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We started with the calamari appetizer, which was absolutely delicious; I had to take a picture after we had already dug in. It was fresh and tender, and the accompanying red sauce was delightful. For our main dishes, I ordered the substantial BLT, and the house salad with added chicken was a generous portion. The French dip sandwiches were also delicious, and both the regular fries and sweet potato fries were excellent. They offer free drink refills and the prices are quite reasonable. Although the decor was somewhat outdated, it fit well with the charm of the old-fashioned hotel ambiance, which was perfectly fine. Overall, it was a lovely way to spend an afternoon in this historic little town. They also have a more formal dinner menu, but prices are slightly higher."

"We went there because we were craving pizza. The food was horrible so we'll never go back. The waitress was fine but after I ordered the two of us a large pizza she asked if he also wanted something to eat.... Like I was going to eat the whole large myself. Atmosphere is blah. It's an extremely small place. After tasting the pizza I was really surprised it had a couple carryout orders. It was so bad we barely ate any of it.
