"I would rate this place with just one star if possible. First off, the young Hispanic girl at the front was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed by every request. If you dislike dealing with people, customer service isn't the right job for you. Secondly, they got my order wrong, giving me a hard roll instead of the toasted bagel I asked for. When I returned the sandwich, she handled the bagel with her bare hands and passed it to the chef, who also took it with his bare hands, then served it to me without toasting it—along with a side of germs. I couldn't bring myself to eat it or return it a second time because I felt bad. To make matters worse, the cheese wasn't even melted. It was disgusting. I will never dine here again."
