"This is the second time used mama's for catering an event. The first time was disappointing enough. The food was to be delivered at a certain time and was an hour late. This was 2 years ago. They were supposed to bring chafing dishes which we paid extra for but didn't bring them. Luckily we had some of our own. So I tried them again gor my granddaughter s college graduation party .I ordered the food 6/30 for june 11th a11th.called june 9th to confirm order. The guy that answered the phone said no problem . They even had my name and quoted me a price of 279.87 cents. My husband went to pick up the food day of party and they sad they had no record of our order but said they would have it ready in 20 minutes. Well the food tasted like it! Got a tray of pasta salad which contained only noodles ! Enobnobody ate it. Ended up throwing most away. Got ziti which wasn't bad but was supposed to come with garlic bread which wasn't even toasted . Just bread cut up. Got a hoagie tray which wasn't good either. All condiments for the hoagwhich consisted of packets of mayo ,pickled and . And then they wanted to charge my husband more than they quoted me!. NEVER Again!!! I had 35 people at my house waiting for this food. How embarrassing!!!"

"I decided to try a new place, but I should have suspected something was off when the server refused my tip for taking my order, saying, "These people never tip me?" I was there for an early dinner at 2 PM and ordered a fried shrimp dinner. When I got to work just five minutes later and was ready to eat, I found that the fries were soggy and the shrimp were overcooked. I can honestly say that I won’t be coming back, and I recommend checking your food before you leave. By the way, I was going to tip her $2 for a $15 order, but she assumed the worst about me. I earn over $100,000 a year and don’t consider myself superior to anyone; I just won’t spend my money where I feel unwelcome."

"I enjoy Tom's, as I've been going since a was a kid, but the burgers are always cold! Mozzerella sticks were still hard and not melted and marinara dipping saucewas cold like it just came from the fridge. Should be served warm. The only Tom's that servesconsistently hot food is in Appleton on Westhill Blvd. I literally will drive from Combined Locks (20 min drive each way) to goto that location when there are 2 that are only a 5 min drive. Not sure what the problem is with these other locations but, when I go out to eat and pay for my lunch or supper, I expect it my food to be hot NOT cold! We were on this side of town andfigured we'd give it another shot but same thing again so back to Westhill Blvd next time."

"I ordered my food on Ubereats I hate driving. Well I 'm very specific with my food when I order it former BBW and I like to eat. My order was 10 bone in lemon pepper wings w/blue cheese and spicy lemon pepper sauce. Then my mozzarella sticks because cheese at night amirite *kanye shrug*My order arrived and I have no idea who 's food I got but it isn 't what my taste buds expected. Normally I would cry but I 'm learning to be an adult like I have been for the last 20+ years. Karen on ice came out and I called the restaurant, Paul answered the call. Paul apologized many times and instantly went into repair mode. Mr. Paul took my number, name and order stating he would make sure it was delivered the following day. I told him 2pm and he actually called which shocked me but I was still sleeping. I happen to be going out that afternoon called him back he was on it. Very bright smile and kind nature. That alone will make me return there. The food was meh but hit the stoner spot so that works. Honestly I would pay for ok food if the customer service is like that. It 's very rare. THANKS PAUL! No pictures I tore them thangs up on my way back home....DAMAGE!! Those wings had no chance lol"

"I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for over 10 years, consistently satisfied with the food, prices, and the friendly service from the Greek owner. However, on Thursday, July 13, 2023, I went in to buy some Corn Dogs for my family because Corky’s in Cedar Lake was closed. To my surprise, he was charging $5 each for the Corn Dogs, plus tax! That would total over $30 for six Corn Dogs without any fries or drinks. Absolutely not! I questioned him about the pricing, and he loudly confirmed it. I then told him, “I can no longer afford you,” and walked out. It’s a shame because he has effectively priced himself out of the market. I don't mind paying a fair price, but I can't justify overpaying."

"The ribs were incredible! I was craving beef brisket like they make in Texas, so I decided to give this restaurant a try since it was close to my hotel. What a hidden gem! The brisket was tasty, but the real standout were the ribs - they were so moist and tender that the meat practically fell off the bone. The sides of potato salad and baked beans were surprisingly delicious, even though I usually don't care for them at other places. The portions were huge, which is a good thing in my book. And don't miss out on their blackberry cobbler - I was so full that I had to take half of my meal home, but the cobbler made for a delicious breakfast the next morning. Thank you for a fantastic meal! I'll definitely be returning next time I'm in Fort Worth."
