However, when I requested to substitute the sauce for mayo, I was informed that the sauce is no longer included and they didn't have mayo either. To make matters worse, when I picked up my order, the Parker House roll was missing entirely. The chicken itself was overcooked and extremely dry, almost like it had been cooked twice. The flavor was simply lackluster. In terms of portion size, it was pretty small; there were only tiny pieces of chicken and just a small handful of fries.
**Place:** The restaurant was very outdated, which can occasionally be charming, but in this case, it was just unpleasant. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired; everything appeared dirty and even the point-of-sale system seemed to be from when they first opened. It was honestly quite off-putting. When I mentioned my concerns to an employee, he simply shrugged it off, saying their primary clientele is older customers who like things as they are. I think that shouldn't excuse a lack of cleanliness—at the very least, it should be kept tidy for them.
