"Hi there, I just wanted to share some feedback regarding the consistency of your pizzas. It's quite hit or miss; sometimes we get a great one and other times, not so much. Our last order was a big square pizza with delicious sausage that was clearly cut from a link. The crust was thick and chewy, which we really enjoyed. However, yesterday's pizza was a disappointment—it had crumbled, tasteless sausage, a thin crust, and was overcooked. It wasn't burnt, but it was so dry that it actually caused my partial denture to come loose! How about that? I suggest that you ask customers if they prefer thick or thin crust in the future.
