"Terrible experience with online order and pick up. Placed an order online for a simple tres leches cake and churos and went to pick it up after the online order status said 'ready '. Once at the restaurant, had to wait for almost 15 minutes only to be told that someone else picked up my order?? They had absolutely no idea where it was or who took it and how??When asked to refund my money back, they weren 't sure of how to do it eitherTerrible terrible restaurant and poor customer service!!"

"First timers party of 4 went to try brunch. All adult guests at table need to pay close to $17/each to get all you can eat brunch, family style. We started with two cinnamon rolls, two bowls of fruit and got 4 individual pancakes and two platters of eggs, sausage, potatoes and bacon to share. Food was bland, not worth the price. We were excited to try a new place but we weren't that impressed. The grounds, on the other hand were beautiful."

"finally tried the new las arcos and liked what they did to the building. The food was good and came out quickly but it took us ten minutes and 3 people later to get napkins. My daughter's drink spilled on the floor and they never brought us anything to clean it up with and we asked 3 workers.. We had to use our napkins to clean on the table and when they brought them we got 2 and there's 3 at the table. We had to direct people away from the river creeping into the isle way . The 3rd person got a bloody Mary , it didn't get served until after our food came and had to ask for it again. When she brought it , asked if everything was good and it was very good. She takes a drink of her drink and passed it around the table for us to taste and it tasted like the tomato juice was bad. It bubbled on your tongue and very bitter. Our server never came back until she dropped the check and when we told her the drink was bad she turned around and left. We got our stuff and at the cashier we asked to speak to a manager, she said we had to pay for it because when we were asked if everything was good we said yes. Ok she brought the drink after we asked for it again and she didn't taste it as soon as she had it in front of her, she was eating by then and she never came back until she brought the bill. We were outside but so were 2 other tables of people. I won't be back."

"The restaurant was not very crowded, but it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive. When it finally did, it was only lukewarm and we never received our soup. We had to remind our waitress about the soup when she brought out our meals. Unfortunately, she was not very attentive. We also had to go to the bar to get a refill on our drinks."

"Hola Amiga! I have never met anyone that doesn't absolutely adore Mexican food. Don tequila may be my favorite mexican food in buffalo. It's very authentic and I haven't had a thing I don't like here. Let me start off by saying, when you come here you immediately feel like you've taken a trip to Mexico. The atmosphere is so welcoming and the staff is always so friendly. I always start off my meal with a margarita, I love their classic! I love a good sour drink and this one is it. My best friend loves the raspberry, so if you prefer sweet over sour I'd opt for one of their fruity flavors. I got the enchiladas supreme and that was such a good choice! You get to try 4 different enchiladas, cheese, bean, chicken and beef. My favorite was probably the bean. My friend got the chimichangas and said they were amazing. I have also gotten the burrito especial and it was pretty good but I think I prefer the chimichangas. You definitely get your money's worth here. They have unlimited chips and salsa followed by generous portions!"
