"I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all. They call it Nepalese, but it's just a fancy name for Indian food that I love. There are many excellent Indian restaurants here, but this is not one of them. Firstly, there were no other customers when we got there. Two parties came in after us and we dealt with them before we did. We have expressly told the waitress everything mild. When we ordered a birayani she forgot to tell us until we complained that it is always spicy. We started with an inedible lentil soup. It was cold and salty. We asked for hot tea and she said they had gone out that afternoon. Our chicken tikka was all sauce and very little chicken. We sent it back and told them to add more chicken. The shrimp dish was the same - all sauce and hardly any shrimp. The sauces over the rice were pleasant, but overpriced for how little you got. We enjoyed the starter of Mo MO and the Chana Masala. I love Mango Lassi, but they just poured it out of a 1 gallon container. It was probably pre-made in the supermarket. Don't go here when we have such a large and diverse Indian community with excellent restaurants across the region."

"My spouse and I have been dining at Frankie, Johnny, and Luigi in Mountain View since we got married in 1973. We were saddened when they closed down because we missed their delicious food. In search of a venue for our upcoming 50th anniversary dinner with friends and family, we discovered Giorgio's in San Jose and decided to give it a try. Our dining experience was exceptional and we found a perfect space for our celebration. We definitely plan on returning for more than just special occasions. The service, from the manager and hostess to our waitress, was fantastic and everyone was very friendly. The food was delicious - I particularly enjoyed the lasagna and my daughter raved about the gnocchi."

"This restaurant never disappoints. It's the best Italian food I've had since moving from lower Westchester, NY. Honestly, it's even better than some places back home. The chicken parm plate is perfect: simple, hearty, and delicious. Their bread is amazing, the soup is good, and I've tried a variety of dishes here from sandwiches to dinner plates, all of which have been fantastic. It's a must-try, especially considering the reasonable prices. It's a no-brainer."

"The people are very nice but I would not come back I'm afraid.. I don't think they are really having quality control on the food coming out of the kitchen. The place was not busy and so maybe the quality of ingredients are not the best. The salad could feed 5 people.. Caesar you can't really take home. There is usually a bread service to go with Italian. That was missed. Then finally the dishes were so cold my wife's food felt like it was take from the fridge it was so cold. I had the beef short rib and it was just warm. The pasta was ice cold and watery and the sauce was room temperature and jelly like. The chicken was the only hot thing but it was burnt. My mashed potato's were so cold like they were taken from the fridge reheated and then sat for a while. Plus large pieces of potato and another tell tale sign was watery and not creamy. My short rib was also cold and when I had them take it back I waited forever. The sauce was split and not fresh either.. When it finally came back it still wasn't hot but room temp. The waitress was awesome and people like I said were nice but the food quality I give it a one star and the service brings it up to two stars. Sad to see but in Mandeville it's hard to have a great restaurant because there just isn't enough people dining out. So I hope they can make changes for the better and make food better.."

"My daughter and I decided on looking at a map of the area and the first restaurant she pointed to, we would try out. This made for a rememberable dining experience and not in a good way. First, we entered the establishment prior to lunch and the hostess/waitress' back was towards us while she was at the bar talking to another employee so she might not have heard us come in, but the other employee saw us and made no mention to her that we are standing at the front desk/entrance. After about 3 minutes she turns around and was surprised to see us there (First red flag). We chose the outdoor patio after being seated and offered beverages. My daughter asked the waitress about the difference in some of the dishes she was interested in and the waitress seemed as if this was too much (Second red flag) of a hassle so my daughter ordered a simple Ceasar salad and I ordered Wild Mushroom and Walnut Tortellini with a glass of Chianti. The Ceasar salad was wilted with way too much dressing on top and not worth the $10.49 price and my order of tortellini pasta was way past al dente with the ends flopping around in the sauce. It was palatable at best. (Third red flag) The air around the patio area smelled of off gas(old food that has been stuck in a pipe for months). If you look at their logo the words Italian, Market and Café are separated. I think the products they sale or display fits into the category of Italian Market, but I have tasted way better food on the side streets of a Roman café near tourist traps."

"We have been coming to Pine Tavern for years. We had patio seating and the temp. was perfect with a mild breeze. We were a party of 6. The Rueben sandwich was very dry.....not much 1,000 Island dressing. One person in our party ordered ginger ale and when he asked for a refill, he was not informed that the ginger ale was not a free refill and charged them for a second drink. We all felt that the server should have explained that this is from the bar and not a free refill. Other than that, we had a very nice time together."

"I was looking forward to indulging in their previously irresistible Marsala, but when my dish arrived, it looked completely different from what I remembered. In fact, it resembled something like vomit! The chicken was cut into pieces and smothered in a bland light brown gravy, with not even a sprinkle of parsley to elevate its appearance. The accompanying dry pasta was lukewarm. The old version of the Marsala featured a full piece of flattened chicken in a beautiful amber sauce with a syrupy consistency—nothing like this. Our waiter never returned to check if we wanted another cocktail or even to offer us bread. Fortunately, another server noticed and asked if we needed any. Overall, it was a costly and disappointing experience. It’s disheartening to see my favorite restaurant now on my never-again list!"

"This was probably my 5th time at Sammy’s and unfortunately will be my last. When I made my reservation I specifically requested a table away from the bar area as one person in my party is hearing impaired. Upon arriving, we were taken to a table right near the bar and I asked the hostess if it would be possible to sit elsewhere per my reservation request and she acknowledged that they had received my request but would not be accommodating it. At this time, we did consider leaving the restaurant entirely that this was an unacceptable way of handling this matter. Additionally, although the bread was excellent as always, several of the entrées were mediocre to poor quality. Specifically, the chicken used in several of the pastas has declined in quality and appears to be processed frozen chicken pieces i.e. Tyson etc. also, the Alfredo sauce now appears to be powdered/jarred white sauce rather than the high-quality sauce served previously. It is very disappointing to see the decline in food quality and preparation over the last year. In light of all these factors, I will not be going to this restaurant again and do not recommend it to anyone else."

"We really enjoyed our first visit to this restaurant. We started by sharing a garden salad and eggplant rollatini...both delicious. I may get a double eggplant rollatini next time as my entree since it was so good! This was followed by sole francese with a side of pasta with marinara sauce for me, and my dining mate had salmon with ravioli in a light sauce...seemed like a strange combo but it was very good. We finished by splitting a cheesecake...next time I think I'll try one of the chocolate selections. Two more pluses for this restaurant: it's right across the street from the movie theater, and it's a BYO! Our waitress and the owner were both very friendly and made us feel *at home*. Already looking forward to another visit!"

"Best traditional Italian food I have had in ages. Anchovies are an option on the Caesar! That’s hard to find these days. The garlic bread is superb. The pesto stole the show. The limoncello dessert paired with the house port sent us over the moon. The house Chianti is superb. The ambiance is more festive than the usual traditional Italian place. The service was great. They know how to make you feel taken care of without interrupting conversation. They were kind enough to squeeze us in early on NYE without a reservation. We got lucky. We will be back!"

"we love the cafe luna and are very sad that they were forced to leave the avenue in neapel. we will keep track of them at their new locations, but it will not be the same. a part of the pleasure was in the city. we really need no more boutiques and condominiums at our door eating is much more beautiful."

"The food and service at Vito's were outstanding. We stopped in while on vacation at Massanutten and our whole group is already talking about when we can return! If you're in the area for the week or even a long weekend, be sure to prioritize dining at Vito's before you leave."

"Like walking through a time warp into the 1970’s, and not in a good way. Decor hasn’t been refreshed since then, perhaps the most unattractive restaurant I have seen in years. But the big issue was the server telling us that “we can’t accommodate any requests for gluten free”. Turns out he didn’t even know what gluten free meant. They did provide some plain grilled salmon and salad with oil and vinegar to the one person in our party of six that was GF, but it was like pulling teeth…"

"I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food and service were fantastic. I ordered the Caesar salad and a medium pizza with extra cheese, black olives, and pepperoni. It was absolutely delicious! My server, Kamryon, was incredible—he ensured my glass of Pepsi was always full and kept the table clean and tidy. He was very courteous, polite, and extremely helpful. The menu offered a lot of options, and I can’t wait to share pictures to showcase everything!"
