(No reserved seating sign noted), she walked away in the middle of me trying to ask for lemon in my water while she was taking my drink order. Multiple, multiple times checked on customers around us, and only checked on us when we asked and that was as I said “ma’am twice”. The open faced roast beef was SO TOUGH that it was almost impossible to even cut with the provided serated knife. When we asked if we could exchange it for spaghetti, you would have thought we had personally insulted her. No offer to refill our drinks, asked for to go plates when we were given the ticket, at which time we were finally asked how meal was when I said my chicken breast was so dry but I kept it because it was hungry she huffed, rolled her eyes and walked off without replying. A different waitress brought the to go boxes back. The food taste over all- dry and tasted old and from a can or the grocery store freezer aisle. Prices were UNBELIEVABLY HIGH. There “salad” that comes with deluxe sandwich combo includes lettuce and teaspoon of tomato. Have no plans of ever returning… even if food was free."
