Savory pancakes filled with tender chicken, spices, and herbs, served with a creamy sauce on the side.

"Really cozy diner vibe but with a fresh twist. The space feels nostalgic, kind of like the place where people used to just to hang out, but modern. It has a full bar, solid cocktail selection, and even DJs apparently. There are TVs and nice outdoor areas. We sat inside but still had a nice chill time for a Tuesday night. We tried the chimichurri steak and chicken and also ordered the chicken gyro (both pretty good). The drink was delicious, and the service was top notch. Our server, Mo, was super friendly and attentive the whole time. Plenty of free parking. Definitely planning to come back. "This restaurant is undoubtedly the best in the near west suburbs. The food showcases a diverse Mediterranean flair, featuring tapas and mezze appetizers, bread served in charming Spanish tuna tins, and beautifully prepared entrees that are bursting with flavor. On the night I visited, I had the steak frites, and they generously seasoned those delicious potatoes with salt. The crispy pork belly is a must-try, and don't overlook the desserts either. The menu changes frequently, so it's worth coming back often. The atmosphere was vibrant, with a diverse mix of diners, and it has a welcoming, family-friendly vibe while still feeling upscale without any pretentiousness. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, showing a genuine passion for their work."

"I walked over from Phillips RV excited to have breakfast. Grossly, Disgusting back door wide open, it's filthy from the view of the parking lot. Went inside, Stunk of grease bad, Flies everywhere! Where's the health department in Bourbonnais? I have been in a lot of ihops and this one is far worse than any of them and it's no wonder they had no guests in there! They can blame it on covid all they want, They need to clean up this nasty restaurant! I mean nasty! I ordered a cup of coffee Then told young server I couldn't stay there due to smell of grease and she was extremely rude! Walked out saying I'm sorry I can't eat here this is nasty! Someone needs to get corporate in this store to check out how filthy it is before you get somebody sick! Be warned I would never go here ever"

"I have to stop ordering out from here. The poor wait staff works so hard, but they really did a number on screwing up my order this evening. I just get soup. And a slice of chocolate cream pie. I always ask for the butter to be packaged separate because it will be a liquified mess by the time I get home. Well, they forgot the butter. But they put the cream pie SIDEWAYS in the back, and next to the hot soup and roll. It was a mess unpacking everything. I wanted to call, my mistake for not checking the order. Could not get through to anyone, phone hung up 3 times. So here I am. Get it together, it's soup. Just soup, that's hot. Maybe don't but a cream pie next to the hot soup and hot rolls. And remember the butter. It's either 40 butters or none."

"After spending a full afternoon shopping nearby, this restaurant is always a good place to stop when time is short and everyone is hungry. The owners have done a great job updating the tired and worn look of the restaurant. The menus were laminated so staff could easily clean them between customers. The pancakes were tender, but there were no flavored syrups on the table. It would be helpful to have more light after dark to see the building and turn in from Virginia Ave. The staff are always smiling, friendly, and accommodating."

"the food was average. the amount of butter that she put on the pancake was unhealthy. the food was sent back to remove butter. the service was slow. the waitress seemed to be under the influence of something. her uniform and look was not satisfactory at all. she was seen three times to take our order, to give us our drinks and to give us the leak. There are no reviews in between. I would not return to this place. they also did not advise the additional cost to change from swarm to truthahn."

"I came here for breakfast a few times. When I first came here, I had their crepes. There were four large crepes that were covered with powder sugar and whipped cream. You were pretty good. I had to take the last home because they really are full. I also ordered a size of bacon that was beautiful and crispy. The second time I came here, I had the 4 for $4 that were eggs, hash browns, bacon and French toast. Very good portion size. I couldn't finish everything. Everything tasted pretty good. The oash-browns might have been spiced a little too much with salt. Bacon was beautiful and crispy. Good place for breakfast any day!"

"If you're on vacation and your kids want IHOP, avoid this place. We were initially happy to find it wasn't too busy, but then nobody greeted us when we entered. The server saw us but didn't acknowledge us. A few customers, including us, waited for 10 minutes before anyone came. The manager finally came after 15 minutes, without apologizing or welcoming us. She seemed terrible and rude. Fortunately, our server Joshua was amazing and attentive. However, the manager was nowhere to be seen after we were seated. The atmosphere seemed dull and the employees appeared unmotivated. I will never return here again. I'd rather go to Bob Evans down the road."

"As she went to place our order, another server brought out our food. Unfortunately, my hashbrowns were burnt, my husband’s sirloin tips were tough (he ordered them medium rare), my pancakes were plain and as hard as rocks, and everything was cold—clearly having sat out for a while. I informed both the cook and our waitress that we couldn’t eat the food because it was inedible. In a rather dismissive manner, I was told my food would be recooked, but I refused that option and just wanted to pay for our drinks instead. The waitress suggested I speak with a supervisor, but I declined because I figured that if a supervisor had been present, our meal wouldn’t have been such a disaster in the first place. Any reputable establishment would have let me leave without paying for anything, but I did offer to pay for our sweet teas, which came to $6.40. I gave her a $20 bill, but she left for about five minutes to get my change. When she returned, I received $13 back, meaning I lost over an hour of my life (getting my change at 7:10), almost got sick from the food that wasn’t at the right temperature, and was shorted $0.60. While I wouldn’t have minded the wait—especially since there was only one other table occupied—I noticed my husband could see the staff goofing off in the back. He even witnessed one person throwing our waitress over his shoulder. It felt like I was being viewed as rude simply because the service and food I was ready to pay for upon entering were unfit for even a dog. I don’t know what’s going on at this location, but I won’t be returning, even though I used to come here often with my mother for breakfast. The experience was absolutely terrible. One star feels generous for this iHop. After leaving, we went to the Waffle House down the road on Copperfield, where we enjoyed a delicious hot meal and outstanding service."

"We waited 45 minutes for our food, despite there being only 8 people in the entire restaurant. It took 20 minutes for our appetizer to arrive. The manager was cooking in the kitchen instead of greeting customers. Our food sat under the heat lamp for so long that my scrambled eggs turned into rubber. The pancakes were supposed to come with bananas, but the waitress failed to inform us that they were out of them. The table next to us waited 15 minutes for toast. As someone in the food service industry and a sous chef, I would have retrained the waitress if this had happened in my kitchen. The manager refused to address the issues and remained in the kitchen cooking. It seems like he may have been promoted to manager without proper training. With only 8 tables, the staff could not handle the load. I would not recommend dining at this IHOP in the Uniontown area today. The service was very poor, and if I had the chance, I would have fired the young waitress with black hair and the manager as well."

"I was staying at a local hotel traveling home with my family and we stopped in here for breakfast because the hotel's breakfast not for me. I ordered the creme bule pancakes I also had 2 eggs over medium I have to say the whites were cooked perfectly my husband enjoyed strawberry and banana crepes the baby had the silver 5. I eldest child had some fun fetti pancakes they were actually called the cupcake pancakes which actually they were filled with icing and was totally sugary but my daughter enjoys those type of things I have to say everything here was absolutely delicious. Best part was when my server was more than willing to wash out the baby's sippy cup to put her Apple juice in it for me. Thank you very much for such a lovely time."

"We had a family reunion in Lindale this weekend and walked in with a party of 16. We only had to wait a few minutes for a table. The staff was using a crayon to write down names because they didn't have a pen, so we gave them one to make it easier. It was impressive to see all of them working hard to seat everyone and deliver food. We managed to sit together, and our waitress, whose name tag read "ROCK STAR," truly lived up to it! She took all our orders, delivered each plate perfectly, and was fantastic throughout our entire visit! We left a generous tip, but we also wanted to compliment her on her great service. Well done!"

"We stopped here for lunch on our way home today. I ordered the biscuit and gravy, which comes with 2 eggs(however you want them cooked), 4 sausage links, and hashbrowns. I also ordered cinnamon donut holes with caramel , and my black coffee. I am absolutely stuffed. The service here is great. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is clean and the food was really good and hot. Prices are pretty good as well. Family friendly. I have been to this location in Jonesboro before, and I am never disappointed."

"The worst experience, there were 4 orders at my table, a cockroach came out in the chicken and waffles plate and a white hair in the waffle, 2 of the dishes were chicken and waffles, the 2 of the 2 chicken orders were dry and overcooked or they were already over fried, we stopped eating immediately notify my waiter and he just said oh sorry and brought me my receipt. I paid the total, but I did not receive a replacement meal or any apology from the manager on duty. I do not intend to return to that place."

"I've attached a photo as evidence of how drenched in butter the entire plate was. How can this dish be labeled as heart-healthy when everything is prepared with and smothered in butter? If I had known, I might have opted for one of those new biscuit sandwiches instead, as my friend ordered one and it looked delicious. It's disappointing to see the harvest grain pancakes gone, and now this. Regarding vegetarian options: when everything is cooked in butter, I'm left wondering just how vegetarian the choices really are."

"This place is generally busy. Honestly I love IHOP as a place to go to grab diner-like foods. Not a personal fan of their brew of coffee. However that's just a small thing. Most of the waitresses I have had were attentive, quick to respond, and gave excellent customer service. The experience you get with your food will differ based on who is cooking in the back. I have had the tres leches pancakes served three different ways before. None wrong, but some care more about the appearance of plating than others it would seem."
"I really enjoy the seasonal specials at this restaurant. For breakfast, I ordered the egg, hashbrowns, and caramel a la mode pancakes, along with a caramel macchiato coffee. While everything was delicious, I wouldn't necessarily recommend the caramel macchiato as it tasted a bit watered down and a regular coffee would have been better. The restaurant was decorated for Halloween and although there was a bit of a wait, it was expected due to how busy it was, especially for a Monday morning."

"The spinach omelet that came had nearly a quarter cup of free grease/oil oozing from it and had to be rejected. This was probably due to the lack of cooks that lead to nearly an hour long wait despite there being 50% open seats. It appeares that they had a waitress for every seat, meaning that there was an over abundance of wait staff for the number of people seated. The waitress serving us that morning still seemed to make us feel as though we were a bother to her and that we should get our own food. Which I did. Our table didn't have a full complimentary set of syrup until we asked. My water wouldn't have been refilled unless I had asked. Overall it was a not a good experience and I feel I didn't come in with high expectations."
