"I dined at the restaurant shortly after the lunch rush on a Friday in May. Our server was outstanding, and we were fortunate to get a table instead of a booth. The bread we ordered was delightful and served in a basket. The menu had a wide range of options, including chicken, steak, salads, pasta, and seafood. I suggest trying something different that you wouldn’t typically prepare at home. Don’t forget to leave room for dessert, as it comes highly recommended. Our server also kindly packed up our leftovers and cheesecakes for us to take home, which was a nice gesture. The entrance doors are quite large, but some guests might need a little help getting inside. The restrooms were clean and well-kept, providing ample space for those with mobility needs. It's also worth mentioning that many servers were still wearing masks in May 2022."

"If you do happen to have a less-than-perfect experience, remember that it can happen anywhere from time to time. However, the Peppers team has always been accommodating and, in my experience, has done their best to address any issues. That level of service is truly commendable. The restaurant has a lively ambiance, and their dining rooms are great for hosting large parties, available for rent to suit various occasions. The bar area is vibrant, while the dining area provides a quieter atmosphere for guests who prefer a more relaxed setting. The owner, Sal, is a fantastic individual. Through my parents, I've had the pleasure of getting to know him, and it’s clear he cares deeply about both his business and the community. I have nothing but positive things to say about Peppers!"

"Was told this was the best steakhouse in Alton Illinois. So we gave it a shot. Children got a kids cheese pizza, and for $6 each the quantity and quality was pretty good, 5/5. Wife and grandmother got the shrimp scampi, both said it was kinda bland, but itis just a garlic butter sauce so I can see that. Shrimp was kinda light for the shrimp to pasta ratio, but enough pasta for twothat was for sure, 4/5. I had the 6oz pepper loin with loaded baked tater. Potato was great in size, pepper loin might of been alight 6oz but plenty in flavor. Ordered a med got med well. Now the reason for the only 4stars. Noticed on ticket, we were upcharged for things that were supposed to be included like strawberry vinaigrette, $4upcharge but was supposed to be included. And a 2.75% credit card fee. Kinda odd. I run my own business and don’t have to charge cc fees to cover just odd. Especiallywith no notice. Atmosphere is nice, but after 6pm seems to get rather loud, couldn’t hear the person two seats to my leftwithout them yelling. Overall, wed give it another go, just withdraw cash first."

"I've tried a variety of dishes from this place, and most have been rather average. The cheesesteak, for instance, was disappointing—it had no onions, and there wasn’t even an option to add them on DoorDash. There wasn’t enough cheese, and it wasn’t blended well with the salty, dry meat. I wouldn’t order that again. The fries were soggy, undercooked, and completely unsalted. However, they did give a decent amount in the small order, so after I put them in the air fryer and added some salt, they were passable. Most of the pizza is decent, except for the chicken with peppers and onions, which I really didn’t like. My favorite is the BBQ chicken pizza, but even that is just okay—not amazing. The standout dish for me has been the penne vodka. It was delicious, and they even included a side of garlic knots that were pretty good too. The girl at the counter seems a bit discontent, but she’s not unfriendly. Overall, I’m giving Zio's three stars. It's pretty average, but there are some redeeming qualities that keep me coming back, especially since it’s the only pizza option in Chinatown."

"I want to caution everyone about how unhygienic this restaurant is, along with its terrible customer service. I placed my order and waited for my food. While waiting, I accidentally dropped my fork. When I requested a replacement, they told me they had no more forks available. Instead, they offered to bring me hot water so I could clean it myself. I was shocked. When I asked again, they repeated that they had no more forks. It was evident that they do not adhere to COVID safety protocols. Are they really suggesting that they only have a limited number of utensils that everyone has to share? That’s absolutely revolting. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told no. When I requested to see the owner, they also refused. Please be aware of how unsanitary and unprofessional this place is—don’t waste your time here. I would give them a zero if I could, but unfortunately, I can only rate them a one star."

"I have been ordering from La Villa for over ten years and I never have experienced this awful service. After waiting over an hour and a half their driver calls me and says they are outside. When I go outside they’re not there. Apparently the lady who took my order sent it to the wrong address and they said they would make me another pizza and send it right away. I told them can we get a free pizza or fries for the inconvenience? No, Sam (the manager), said they rather cancel the order so now on I’m ordering from Mama Lunas where they’re pizzas are bigger and they actually care about their customers. This will be the last time I order from La Villa. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this place to anyone."

"This was our second visit to this restaurant as we had a great experience the first time. This second time fell short though. Our waitress, though very sweet, was inexperienced, and service was slow. Part of that may not have been her fault as she told us there was only one bartender so the drinks were very slow in coming. They were delicious when they finally arrived. My husband ordered the chicken parmigiana. About 10 minutes later our server informed us they were out of it. Then almost right away she said they had one more order. When we got our entrees there were two pieces of chicken on his plate. One was great and the one underneath was so tough it couldn't be cut. Our server was very gracious and offered to remove it from the check. All in all I would still give it another try."

"We had a great lunch at Wa Jeal. Starting with spring onion pancakes (delicious) and ending with chicken and broccoli (again delicious), the lunch menu (rice, main course and soup) was very cheap and delicious. The environment is wonderful - brick walls and pretty decorations and the service excellent. Highly recommended!!"

"We have eaten here several times before and have enjoyed the food, though service has been spotty. Last night we were seated in a room with what I can only call bad karaoke and a rowdy crowd. When we go out on a Saturday evening, we want to be able to talk. This was impossible. Our food was delayed at each course, and we didn't get dinner until my husband demanded our food. We asked for the leftovers to be wrapped and for the check. We were there for 2 unbearable hours, and will never eat here again. "It had been a few years since we were in Zocalo, but it was as good as we remembered it to be. There were still some favorites on the menu, but also some new dishes, and they didn't disappoint. This is the only menu among many in Charlottesville that is really different and exciting. I had the duck breast cooked perfectly and accompanied by a great sauce, braised chard and an onion manchego bread pudding, and my wife loved her salmon. My starter, the tuna tartar, was too heavenly and had a healthy kick. Highly recommended!"

"We ordered plain pies and a shrimp scampi pizza for my daughters birthday a few weeks ago and both were very good. I think this is our new pizza spot. I’m very picky with pizza and I really enjoyed the plain, no complaints at all. We are looking forward to trying more of their food. I like that they have such a variety on their menu too.Update 12/6/22. This is now our go to pizza place.Their pizza is really good. If you haven’t tried it yet, get the meat lovers pizza."

"I am simply an Uber Eats driver and I had to pick up a meal and I think it was the owner or manager, he is a disgusting morbid person of the worst kind, he couldn't take his disgusting look off of me and when it It was time to deliver the food, he left it on the table so that he could come in until to take it and thus be able to look at myself intimidatingly more closely. In my life, something so painful has happened to me that an owner or manager has to do this type of thing. "Italian food is another one of my favorites. Whenever I’m in the area I at least stop by for a slice of pizza. Their pizza is really delicious along with their pasta. Be careful when the pizza comes out of the oven as it is extremely hot. Most time I ask them not to make it so hot because I can’t wait to eat it. There is a seating area to consume your food. There is also seating for indoor dining. The service is fast and again the food is delicious. The staff are professional and friendly. There is a bar located downstairs where they play music, nice vibe to the place. The restaurant accepts cash and card for payment. They even deliver. There are restrooms located upstairs and downstairs. Give this place a try I’m sure you’ll like it."

"Always a solid place to stop for some good pizza and the strombolis are great. I'd give it 5 stars, but I placed an order online and when I went to pick up, they forgot to pass my order to the kitchen so they had to rush my food. They threw in some free dessert for the trouble which is appreciated. As annoying as it was, they made it right and that's all I can ask for. Service: Takeaway"

"Service was great! Location is super convenient but ingredients were kind of sad, overripe strawberry and wilted celery in our drinks (which were also very expensive).. presentation overall is not this diners strong suit. However, it tasted better than it looked ! If I could give it 3.5 stars I would."

"I visited this restaurant while on a business trip in the area. The atmosphere was nice and the server was friendly, although not very knowledgeable about the menu items. I ordered a couple of pizzas and a chicken parmigiana, and found the prices to be reasonable. The food was of good quality and the portions were generous. I would definitely return to eat here, especially for the delicious fig and prosciutto pizza. Overall, the service was for dining in and the meal type was dinner. The average price per person was $20-30. I recommend trying the pizzas and the Chicken Parmigiana Pasta with Marinara Sauce."

"I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all. They call it Nepalese, but it's just a fancy name for Indian food that I love. There are many excellent Indian restaurants here, but this is not one of them. Firstly, there were no other customers when we got there. Two parties came in after us and we dealt with them before we did. We have expressly told the waitress everything mild. When we ordered a birayani she forgot to tell us until we complained that it is always spicy. We started with an inedible lentil soup. It was cold and salty. We asked for hot tea and she said they had gone out that afternoon. Our chicken tikka was all sauce and very little chicken. We sent it back and told them to add more chicken. The shrimp dish was the same - all sauce and hardly any shrimp. The sauces over the rice were pleasant, but overpriced for how little you got. We enjoyed the starter of Mo MO and the Chana Masala. I love Mango Lassi, but they just poured it out of a 1 gallon container. It was probably pre-made in the supermarket. Don't go here when we have such a large and diverse Indian community with excellent restaurants across the region."

"Crab dip was subpar but steamed shrimp was awesome. Server never cleared the table before bringing out more food. Then the runner looked confused when I asked her to remove the dirty plates first. My husband noticed the building was under negative air pressure caused from Kitchen hood exhaust (kitchen saloon doors sucked in) causing hot humid exterior air to rush into the restaurant when the exterior doors would open. Sit away from doors if you want A/C. Outdoor seating looked nice and led to long pier on the water."

"The service we received at this restaurant was very friendly and attentive. We chose to split the antipasti for one, which was simple with only cold cuts and two slices of provolone, but it lacked dressing. My companion ordered the lasagne, which was a good size and delicious, although he was informed that it was meatless when it wasn't. I decided on the Veal Marsala with mushrooms, which was tasty and had tender veal (something rare in most restaurants). The portions were generous and reasonably priced. Despite not being in my neighborhood, I would probably come back again."
