"On a perfect warm summer day I went to the Swing Wine Bar with two friends. We were seated outside in the shade, not too close to other people so we could hear each other well. The wine was outstanding and beautifully served in triple-tier stands, adding to the celebratory feel of our meeting. We ordered a meat-and-cheese plate and we loved it except for the gjetost cheese (almost any other cheese would be preferable). There was enough of everything, and our server was exactly what we needed: checking in periodically but subtle and welcoming. Hooray! Of course I'll be back."
