"This diner was a complete disappointment. I stopped by for breakfast before work and ordered steak and eggs, only to wait nearly 30 minutes for my meal. When it finally arrived, the steak was supposed to be cooked medium rare, but it was actually rare—purple and cold inside, and bleeding. Both so-called "managers" were overly aggressive, insisting that the steak was indeed medium rare. Just look at the picture and decide for yourself. I refused to have it cooked longer because I was already late for work. I've never felt so disrespected by a manager before. This guy was far from professional. I’ll definitely be sharing my experience, and I recommend avoiding this place if you value quality and timely service. If you do go, perhaps stick to something simple, like ice water and toast, which might be within the kitchen staff’s capabilities."
