It's a family-run establishment, but their approach to customer service doesn't align with industry standards. I attempted to place my order three times because I really wanted something specific, but they were out of it. After spending time looking for an alternative, I found they didn't have that item either, which forced me to settle for a third option that I wasn't as keen on, and it was pricier as well. There was no apology or offer of a discount for the inconvenience. Instead, they seemed to expect me to be grateful that they even had the third item available. When I suggested they address the situation, the owner just chuckled but didn't take any action."
