"I attended a surprise birthday party at El Patron Mexican Grill this past weekend. The food and service were amazing!! Honestly, I was expecting mediocre Mexican food. It was far from it. YUM! The atmosphere with the hand painted tables made it even more inviting. Staff smiled and went above and beyond to make sure 20-30 people were happy. This is a must stop for Mexican food lovers. I've heard great things about the drinks, which seems to be a big draw for this popular spot. It’s always packed, so some people must really enjoy it. "The most frustrating part was when we decided to leave after all the delays—they still charged us for the drinks that took 30 minutes to arrive. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the poor service. I used to visit this place often and enjoyed decent service, but after this experience, I'll never return. Cinco de Mayo has lost a loyal customer, as how a business handles mistakes speaks volumes, and there was absolutely no accountability for the terrible service we received. I would recommend looking elsewhere."
