"I visited the restaurant for a second time when it opened at 11am. The lady who attended to me was extremely nice and friendly. I ordered a box of food to take to my doctor's office. Although they were a bit behind schedule, I received my fresh, succulent, and delicious meal in just 15 minutes. My number one favorite is the brown butter doughnut, which was heavenly. I also tried the revamped guava doughnut, which had a delicious guava cream center and cookie crumble that added the perfect texture. It struck the perfect balance of sweetness. This is definitely my favorite donut shop in Miami. After trying them again, I realized that the size of the donuts is perfect as it is, so I retract my previous suggestion to make them bigger."

"This is a place where you want a decent little meal. The good thing is that they are opened somewhat later than most neighborhood restaurants and most of the time the service is good, not always, but most of the time. (We eat there a lot because we like to eat too late. The food is okay, not spectacular, but good. It is a NY Greek diner, so it has an extensive menu and they try to offer interesting dishes. Some of the foods are too salty for me, but you can not request salt or spices, so this is an individual thing. The prices are a little high. In LB there is another diner and their prices are also high. Prices seem to be high everywhere, but there is an excellent Asian restaurant nearby (for comparison and their prices are not high, so I cannot understand why they charge so much for an omelet or another basic diner dish. But I recommend it if you want a basic diner meal and don't wait for them to be busy."

"The salad portions and toppings are quite generous. If you order takeout salads, make sure you have enough dressing, as it varies depending on who is working—sometimes the dressing cups are only filled to a quarter. Also, don’t forget to check if you have crackers. We've spent hundreds of dollars on salads here, and their sugar cookies and carrot cake are absolutely delicious. Kid meals for dining in are only 99 cents, so definitely give them a try!"

"Pictured is what we ordered a medium (13? BBQ chicken pizza and hot Buffalo wings. Was told 30 35 mins on the phone however unfortunately it took 50 mins ! The pizza was really good a little thin to handle the topping that were put on as if youweren?t careful to pick up a slice they would slide off but overall the pizza was good ! The wings were also good. Nothot(spicy whatsoever so that?s a shame good size blue cheese for 8 wings BUT more than the chicken wings the bones split inhalf. I don?t know if this is from the cooking process or the handling from where they get there supply but be careful if youget wings. "We actually had an abysmal experience at MECCA yesterday. We were sat in a very noisy and crowded section near the bar and we went almost 30 minutes and were never acknowledged by an employee no one took our order, no one said hi, no one said we are coming... nothing. We went completely ignored for almost 30 minutes which is absolutely unacceptable. There was almost no staff I could not even find someone to complain to. It was evident that MECCA was not staffed at all for such a busy night. We left and I have no intention of going back to MECCA. Simply a terrible experience."

"Whenever I travel to Midwest I always enjoy eating at McAlister's Deli. They have a delicious Harvest Chicken Salad Sandwich. Another favorite of mine is the Pecan Cranberry Salad. I love their ice tea which comes in sweet or unsweetened. When ordering a sandwich you get a side dish with the order. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was clean. There was a lot of seats. As it is a popular place the seats fill up fast"

"I ordered the 3-Way Super Beef, and it arrived surprisingly quickly, which made me suspect it might have just been microwaved to heat it up. The Super Beef itself was quite small, and they forgot to include the BBQ sauce. While the beef tasted good, the portion size was disappointing given the price. Typically, Super Beef sandwiches are loaded with meat and take a while to enjoy, but this felt more like eating a Lunchable. If they could increase the amount of beef and ensure all the sauces are included as requested, I could see the potential for a better experience and would be inclined to give a higher rating."

"I had dinner around 7:15, and while the cashier who took our order was friendly, there was a man in the kitchen wearing a polo shirt who seemed to be in management. He made inappropriate comments about women, using suggestive language, which was quite off-putting. I couldn't tell who he was referring to, but it was definitely unappealing. While we were waiting for our food, the kitchen staff were loud and seemed to be throwing food at each other. We also overheard them discussing someone resigning. Although the food itself was good, the overall atmosphere left much to be desired."

"I frequently get the savannah salad because it is really good. Even though it cost me 14.00+ dollars it is usually worth it, today when I got home and opened the box up I knew immediately the lettuce was bad, not just one kind but all the different types of lettuce were wilted and brown, nothing was crisp and fresh. "Owning a business next door to McAlister's I eat here A LOT! The manager, Johnathan always goes over and beyond to make sure that not only are his regular customers are taken care of but every single guest that walks in are as well. It felt uninviting and could use some significant improvements to create a more pleasant dining environment. Overall, I can't strongly recommend this place, but if you do decide to go, the McAlister's Club and Chili might be your best bet."

"Went here on a recommendation, and was extremely satisfied with service and food. Waiter stopped by every few minutes, provided recommendations when asked, food and drinks came in a timely manner. Had the pepperoni rolls as the appetizer which went well with or without marinara sauce. Split the pizza between the BBQ chicken and pepperoni napoli. Piping hot, thin crust and delicious. Went with the medium as it provided 8 slices, would highly recommend the combination. Also will be coming back for more!"

"I have learned from the past that we must start to go and sit to eat b/c I have false commands and sometimes missing items when I go through the pickup window. Note: check the bag on the parking lot before they go when they go through the pick-up window. we decided to give them another attempt on Saturday after the purchase on the market and to my surprise everything was fresh. the garden fresh turkey club was good and my tomato and gurkensalat was ok could have had more dressing, but for the biggest part it was a good meal. clean in the inner and bad was clean. we'll eat here again, but as I said."

"My husband ordered the King Club sandwich and I had the Horseradish Roast Beef and Cheese sandwich. Both were delicious. I had a side salad with mine while my husband had jalapeño potato chips. "The twins, who have been talked about by both staff and the GM, seem to have a special connection with Nancey, even as others criticize them. It appears that being unkind is tolerated here. Moreover, I can't help but mention that Nancey has recently fired two trans women, raising concerns about her treatment of the trans community. There seems to be a culture of manipulation and dishonesty among many of the employees, which only serves to benefit their self-esteem at the expense of others. I truly hope things improve at Richmond McAlister's, as my experience was far from pleasant. The negative atmosphere and backbiting among staff are quite disheartening. While the restaurant itself might be okay, the work environment is definitely not somewhere I would recommend."
