"Roosters has some really delicious food, and the lady I spoke with was very nice and not at all rushed. My main issue, however, doesn't lie with the food or the service; it's with the way the menu is presented. It should help customers understand the prices before they order, but that's not happening. I get that prices can change, but if the cost of an order goes up by more than $30, it's understandably frustrating for customers. It's essential to separate the responsibility of keeping the restaurant's menus up to date with pricing. Not only would this make it easier for customers to place their orders accurately, but it would also reduce the stress on the staff."
