"We dined at this restaurant for the first time for Father's Day. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise. It felt upscale in decor and atmosphere and the full-bar area looked like a place I'd like to return to. Service was very good also. "PM is one of what I consider "top drawer dining" restaurants. Customer focused staff- courteous and attentive to your needs. Good people skills are evident.The food as always is second to none. My wife and I had a lovely conversation with the manager/co-owner. Our server was a gracious young woman. Our experience at PM today and always was a "reason to come back again" experience."

"I've been coming to this place for as long as I can remember. My family is from Buffalo, and we like to think of ourselves as 'wing enthusiasts.' Finding good wings can be a challenge, but Buffalo Brothers has the best wings I've found anywhere south of Buffalo. We always order them extra crispy, and they never disappoint. The sauce is fantastic, and we believe they make their own bleu cheese, which is, in my opinion, the best I've ever tasted. I can't comment on their other menu items since we only go for the wings. If you’re looking for amazing wings, this is definitely the place to be!"

"We had reservations and were seated promptly at this restaurant. We tried the salmon cakes and loaded tomato pie, both of which were very good. The hummingbird cake was more like a fruit bread and was delicious. The prices are on the higher side, typical of a resort town. We recommend making reservations several days in advance. Additionally, they had a singer performing during our visit."

"We arrived before busy hours, with less than 8 customers. There were a lot of employees more interested in talking to each other than serving guests. It took our burger 35 minutes when very few people were being served. I ordered, and paid extra for, sweet potato fries. They arrived burnt and cold. I asked for new fries and the server informed me they always look like that but she would give it a try. A few minutes later, here she comes with hot not burnt fries. Imagine that. We would not go back!"

"Update: they replied saying they were sorry I was unhappy with my sandwich, but they were anything BUT sorry when I brought it to their attention. Funny response.Ordered a patty melt as the picture looked better than a standard burger. I did order without onions. What I got was very, very different than what was pictured on their menu.I mentioned it to the waitress and she got the manager/owner/whoever. She came from the back, I explained that I was disappointed with it and why. I showed her the pic from her menu and she said the pictures are only suggestions. What?! YOUR pics in YOUR menu are suggestions? Well, I would suggest you make something that looks like that.Basically, it was a frozen patty on two huge slices of rye with the bacon I added and a slice of Swiss cheese. Bottom of the bread was soggy (dark brown in the pics).You can see for yourself the pics vs the menu Pic.She offered something else, but they were kind of busy and I didn 't want my new food coming out after my wife was done hersGot the check and they neither discounted nor removed the unacceptable food that I didn 't eat. When I went to the register, I asked and they got someone else from the back.To him I explained as well and he told me it was my opinion that it looked nothing like the pics. Lol. I offered to pay for a side of fries because I ate the fries while waiting, but did not wish to pay for the subpar food I did not eat. He did take the whole thing off, be he was not happy.Just honestly poor attitudes when I brought this too them. Very much more interested in telling me I was wrong rather than being apologetic and trying to fix things."

"I was in town for the Penn State/Ohio State game and found this restaurant on Google. I absolutely loved it. The server was attentive and on point, the manager was interactive and pleasant. The staff seemed to be in sync the whole time. Now onto the food! The taste and value were great. The smoked pork chop was ridiculously good, the Buffalo Mac and cheese was very good, and the homemade chips and dip for Philly were delicious, especially as a chip dip. The beers were crisp, fresh, and delicious too. It was nice to be able to try flights. Thank you for the great experience."

"12/4/23.OIP menu I ordered a cheesesteak wrap ?. I got onion rings and breaded mushrooms and mozzarella Styx also got an order of spaghetti and meatballs. Everything was okay except the cheese steak ? wrap. It was a total disappointment. To my discover my chsteak wrap, turned out to be a hamburger chopped up. It was very dense n dry to eat. My initial thought was oh try it maybe it's not bad. Well it was super dry. I called to tell them with my complaint. The number on my receipt was for a different pizza shop. In the 267 area code so I looked up the local number in Berwick pa. So I called the young lady I talked to was very nice n tried to be helpful. I appreciated her kindness. However when she said she would speak with the owner. He stated well that's the way he been doing it for 20 years . So if you got your heart set out on a chsteak wrap, that's not what you get here. It was very disappointing the owner didn't even try n make it right. Needless to say even though I was upset about it I explained to the young lady they need to say chopped steak not chsteak. Then ppl would know what they are ordering. Other wise their products aren't to bad. Some are very GOOD. JUST UPSET FEELING MISLEAD OVER A CHEESE BURGER CUT UP IN A WRAP. IT WAS $9.00. FOR A DRY DENSE BURGER,CHOPPED UP INTO A WRAP.. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A LEGITIMATE CONCERN, please CONTINUE TO SUPPORT them. Even though I'm very disappointed of the feedback from the owner thru the young lady on the phone. We have been getting from them for well over a year. I wish he would of at least reimbursed me the wrap ?. I spent $53.23 cent in total. NOT LIKE I WAS ASKING FOR THE WHOLE MEAL TO BE COMPT. MERRY CHRISTMAS OIP in BERWICK PA. "My father have lived in Franklin Park over 20 years and I live in the city. Every time my father buy tickets to take me and the kids to the monster truck show in Rosemont, we eat here first.
