"My family and I often drive by Caruso's each week and decided to try their takeout. We ordered a Caesar salad and a cheesesteak. The salad was delicious, but the cheesesteak was just okay. They use homemade bread, which could be good, but it didn't hold up well for the cheesesteak. There was supposed to be sauce, but it was barely noticeable. My husband ordered manicotti, meatballs, and corn nuggets. The corn nuggets were tasty but served with red sauce, which was a bit strange. The meatballs were a good size but tough. The red sauce was very thin. The manicotti was decent, but the sauce was also very thin. We might try them again for pizza out of convenience."

"We went last night for our first time and everything was great! Food was delicious and reasonably priced. My picky daughter loved the kids cheeseburger and mashed potatoes. The extra side on the kids meal is nice so they can get a complete meal (fruit etc). I don't think any other restaurant does that. Our server was good also, food came fast but not too fast as we ordered appetizers and she kept drinks refilled. We will definitely be back, Thank you!"

"I you had out of towners that wanted to eat at our moose notorious pizza place and you called in the order for 1 small veggie pizza, 1 medium classic, 1 medium pesto supreme and 1 Santa's Helper in a thin crust but you received 1 medium mystery pizza with meat on a thin crust, 1 medium classic thin crust, 1 medium pesto Supreme thin crust and 1 Santa's Helper thin crust, and you called in to report it would you be satisfied with a credit for a small veggie next time you ordered. I am not. I can't believe the highest grossing independent pizza restaurant in the nation cannot afford to stand behind their mistake. They kept saying you got what you ordered except thinner and 1 wrong pizza. I was polite and asked them to credit me for half the order. They would not. I am super disappointed."

"Bad vibes, grumpy bartender, very few customers gave it an empty tense energy. What really did it was the bartender coming at us angry and yelling from across the floor, instead of offering solutions for a 6 top. That is how they lost our group of 6. I’m giving three stars because everyone has an off day. After leaving we went to a place a block over and it was a much better experience overall."

"The restaurant was conveniently located for us and the menu looked good. When we arrived they had no means of checking a reservation and didn't have a table ready for us. It took about 15 minutes for anyone to greet our table at all, so we were able to already decide on our dinner by the first time a server talked to us. It then took another 25-30 minutes for our dinner to arrive. We had a Caesar salad, sliders, and lobster mac and cheese and I wouldn't order any of it again. The beer was good and it seemed like a fun place. There was live music that was really good, but the whole place was so loud it was impossible to have a conversation."

"During my first visit to Anna Maria, I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t even think to take pictures before diving into the delicious, steaming garlic knots. The marinara sauce for dipping was outstanding—clearly fresh. The only downside was that I live in Fayetteville, NC, and had to travel to Carrboro to enjoy this gem. I definitely plan to return on my next visit. The atmosphere was cozy, providing a relaxing dining experience. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and the customer service was definitely a highlight. I was with my grandchildren, and it felt very family-friendly. Drinks are self-service, which adds to the casual vibe. I highly recommend checking this place out, whether you’re a local or just passing through."

"I had heard great things about this restaurant, but I was a bit hesitant because the last two places recommended to me downtown didn't quite live up to the hype. However, I decided to give it a try with my wife and her friend, and I'm pleased to say it's now in our top 5 favorite restaurants in town. The food was excellently seasoned, and for three people, the prices were very reasonable. The fries and the sauce were fantastic. I would definitely return to explore more items on the menu!"

"I’m giving this place two stars because the staff I interacted with were very friendly. However, the food at this location left a lot to be desired. My meal, along with a small side of fries, cost over $26. The salad came with only four pieces of cheese, for which I was charged an extra $2. The sandwich was also disappointing; the vegetables were raw instead of cooked, which is not what you expect from a Philly. They mistakenly gave me chicken instead of steak but corrected it. Unfortunately, the dish still lacked flavor, and the veggies remained uncooked. While I do appreciate the customer service, the overall quality of the food just wasn’t great."
