"From the moment we arrived, the service was somewhat lacking. We were a group of 12, and the hostess didn’t seem very professional. Once we were all seated, we noticed a chair was missing. When we brought this to her attention, she responded somewhat rudely and insisted that we should have specified the exact number from the beginning, which we had actually done. The waiter's service was adequate, but I felt he could have been more efficient, particularly when it came to splitting the bills and taking our orders. The food itself was quite good and flavorful, but I believe the staff should be reminded that good service directly affects their tips and job security."
