"Cava has earned 5 stars in my book, thanks to their friendly and customer service-oriented staff. Since they opened in August, my husband and I have visited about 10 times and each time the front line workers were distant. However, yesterday at 11:15 am, we were warmly greeted upon arrival with smiles and friendly conversation. The staff was also attentive and responsive. The Mediterranean food is always fresh and delicious, although portion sizes can be inconsistent. We usually go for lunch when they first open, but sometimes not all food options are available early on, like the lamb meatballs. Yesterday, for the first time, we were offered pita bread to accompany our salads, which was a pleasant surprise. The complimentary pita was tasty and made us wonder if this was a new addition to the menu. We will definitely be returning more often now that the service has improved. Thank you, Cava!"
